WORST PLACE EVER! We went there this past Sunday. It was about 11:30am and we were a party of 6, so I understand that it was pretty busy and that 2-tops would be seated before ours. We were told it was a 20 minute wait. WRONG. We waited almost an hour to be seated and had to ask TWICE when we would be seated. We were seated and our waitress was semi-pleasant. She got our drink orders incorrect and forgot a few waters we ordered. I had to ask twice to get water with lemon and they came back with no lemon. Fine. No big deal. Our table ordered food and when it was my turn, I ordered an omelet and she said it was a 20-30 minute wait for an omelet. Come to find out, their omelets are baked. Okay, I order something else. We waited about 40 minutes for our food (waffles, bacon, eggs) SERIOUSLY? I could have made this stuff at home in about 15 minutes. Anyway, one person at our table ordered a tortellini salad. The rest of us were served our breakfast but the person who ordered the salad had to wait an extra 15 minutes. FOR A SALAD! When the salad finally came, there was a burnt piece of garlic bread on top and steaming hot soggy tortellini noodles on top of a salad so the lettuce was soaking wet and the food wasnt that great. Luckily, the salad was comped. Then we asked to split the bill three ways to make it easier on us. Today we found out that one person was charged for his portion AND another charge for the whole bill! Worst place ever. For a 20-minute wait and probably about a 40-minute meal time, we spent over 2 hours at this piece of crap restaurant. When we complained to the manager about everything, she stood by our table and rolled her eyes and was basically like "Well, thats just how we do it here". She didnt offer to keep our business or give us an apology, etc. DO NOT EVER EAT HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Also, about 20 minutes after we ate, one of us had diarrhea and the other one was vomiting. Neat.

When reading this review, take into consideration this was at 10:55am on a Wednesday, and the establishment was less than 1/2 full. My fiancé & I were promptly seated at a wet and sticky table when we arrived (again, the place was only half full) and were provided 2 sets of silverware. We opened the silverware and found food particles stuck to 4 of the 6 utensils. We then proceeded to wait 15 minutes for a server (and Im using that term very loosely) to come over. In her defense, she did have a whopping 2 tables to tend to. The other table she was "serving" was noticeably annoyed at the "service" they were receiving. Our server finally came over and took our order (2 drinks, pancakes, 2 sides of bacon, eggs, hash browns, flapjacks, and new silverware) and disappeared for 10 more minutes before bringing out our drinks and new silverware. We opened our new silverware and again found food particles stuck to 3 of the 6 utensils. To break that down, we were provided: 4 forks, 4 spoons, & 4 knives. Of those 12 utensils, we only ended up with 2 spoons, 2 forks, & 1 knife that were not disgustingly dirty. After waiting another 10 minutes she brought 1/2 our order to the table and never came back. We waited an additional 10 minutes after receiving 1/2 the order before we complained to the manager. We ended up leaving hungry and annoyed, eating less than 1/4 of what we ordered, and the manager taking care of the bill. For the prices they charge, they should be able to afford to properly train their staff. We will most definitely not be returning to this location.

I went here for the first time from a recommendation from a very picky coworker, so I thought I was in for a treat. Upon arriving, it was clean, we were seated right away (party of two) for 1130am on a Sunday, I got excited! Then we ordered, they were out of OJ, ok...we got coffee, it came and was cold. Waiter replaced, no problem. We had to ask him for napkins and creamer, ok...I still was excited. The food took almost an hour, wasnt cooked how we wanted it but we were scared to send it back because of the long wait. We asked for ketchup, they were out of ketchup, they were out of jam for the toast, didnt even butter the toast. Everything was dry...as we had to hear the waiters all around us say they were out of this and that. Basic things, soda, lemonade, condiments. Like really? Who manages this place? Why would you be out of the most basic things and youre not even packed like that. Our waiter ducked us the rest of the time seeing the dissatisfaction on our faces, he even sent over someone else to bring us the bill, etc. It felt like a complete waste of money and the whole establishment is not run effectively as I watched the waiters eating and drinking right in plain view and no one even had their food. Disgusting, I will never go back. I would rather wait 45 min for a table at IHOP, at least I know the service will be decent.

Visiting from indiana, read the good reviews didnt see the bad ones but I wish I would have. The food was a 2 star at best, the service and price were less than 1 star. Ill start with the food. Portion sizes were decent if you were paying 6 or 7 dollars but 9 to 10 dollars and almost nothing comes with meat is outragous.($4 for 3 small slices of bacon) The skillet is literally a small skillet filled with soggy potatoes, 2 eggs, cheese, and almost no onions or peppers. $4 for basically a shot glass of orange juice, but its fresh squeezed so they can charge double the price. There was about 5 other tables and 3 servers yet our waitress was only able to make it over to us 3 times. Once to take our order once to drop off our food and once to give us our bill. I was out of orange juice before our food came out (took 30 mins) and she didnt bother asking if we wanted refills. A friend had to go to the back to ask for a refill where the waitress asked what table she was at. She had 2 tables and the other table was of a totally different race. She walked by the table and set down the check. No thank you for coming, no can I get you anything else, not even eye contact. She simply set it down and kept on walking. Needless to say I wont go back next time im visiting.

Ive been going here about every other week on Sat/Sun late morning or early afternoon for a year now. The food is excellent. But thats not why Im writing this. Im writing this review because the manager they have at this location is absolutely the nicest and best restaurant manager I have ever seen. And I eat out a lot. He is usually the one to greet you when you walk in, he always remembers me and shakes my hand with a smile. Makes me feel very welcome to be at his restaurant. And it doesnt end there. During our meal he always stops by to check on us- and I know this is supposed to be standard practice in the industry but it usually doesnt happen consistently- except here. The manager here ALWAYS checks on us and makes sure we have everything we need and our food is good. Then again as we are leaving I usually see him again where he thanks me for coming - very sincerely I might add. He makes it an absolute pleasure to be there and I really look forward to the next visit when he is there. He deserves a raise. Whoever owns this place- do not let this guy go. Im telling you someone like him who takes pride in his job is worth his weight in gold and CANNOT be replaced easily.
