I work in the same plaza as this subway & ive worked at a subway in another town as an assistant manager for 3 years so it sucks when I go to a subway that is unprofessional. This isnt my first time going to this subway, but each time its always the same scenario . I walk in no one says hello / welcome ( if they do its very monotone & unenthusiastic) , i have to repeat almost every part of my order three times to the sanwhich artist . But not because they CANT hat but because they choose not to because they are talking to the other employees ( outside work talk like what my neighbor did or about her apartment leasing office or what some girl said to them yesterday ) & today I said no thank you to the toasted sandwich part but because she wasnt paying attention toasted my sandwich anyways which I let pass. But then when I had my free 6 inch coupon with a M drink they told me they wouldnt take it because the computer system was down ( which I know happens, it happened multiple times at my old subway ) but I had never refused a valid coupon espically after I had made the sandwhich. I told them it was fine , as I was putting up my phone they said they could take it and although she was still looking at her coworker she was talking to me and when I didnt notice she got angry and rudely talked to me saying " turn your phone around so she can see the time " . They gave me no receipt ( I wanted to leave a survey review with the code that was on the receipt ) , the only good thing about this subway is the vitamin water they have a viable for the fountain drinks. The employees .::. Made me uncomfortable & as though I was a nuisance . I will not be returning to this subway and will no longer take my family to this subway & it sucks because we are so close to it for lunch. Looks like we will be ordering jimmy johns more often now

Extremely rude lady works here her name is Lisa. I had to basically engage her in conversation in order for her to ask me what I wanted on my sandwich! Two other woman were standing around and one was eating right near the counter where the food was prepared. If Im paying for food I dont think it would kill you to do your job and have a decent attitude. I will not eat here again. If my money is no good I will take my business elsewhere and furthmore when I approached the counter Lisa flat out ignored me and no one was ahead of me in line. Her manager had to make her agknowldge me and to take my order!!!! RUDE!!! RUDE!!!! RUDE!!!!! Yall need a whole new crew!!!!

Horrible customer service! The 2 girls (1 who was a manager) were in the corner looking at a cellphone. Then went off about whether I said I wanted a drink or not. I was the only customer in there with my mother and had she been up front paying attention, she wouldve heard me ask for the meal which includes a drink.

Not nice workers. Refused to sub chips and soda on kids meal. I have NEVER been refused at any subway i have been to and i go to various subways several times a month. I have been to at least 20 subways in 4 states. And she was not even nice about refusing.

I want to give it less stars, but been to this Subway several times. Its usually clean but have a lot of changeover. Some people that work there are rude, but at the moment are OK, had some rude employees in the past.

Slow service, one employee was just at the register and not helping employees make sandwiches. Also on her cell phone; then lady pushed my sandwich down to me. Definitely will never get my services anymore.
