It was one of the worst experiences of my life. I went through the drive through on a rainy afternoon and they took my order. When I pulled up to the window to pay my order they took my order and I paid and then after all of that they said I had to drive through the drive thru again because they supposedly didnt take my order. The chashier named Kayla P and the manager in charge made a disgusted face at me letting me know that if I didnt go through the drive thru again I wouldnt get my food. They didnt care that it was raining or that I had already paid for the food. So then I asked for my money back because of there attitude and mistreatment towards. So they told me to park in the parking lot to get my money back. Then another cashier gave me back my money but she threw my coins and started twerking and signaling to kiss her ass and spit from the distance. Please Taco Bell train your employees to be educated and nice to your constumers.

STAY AWAY FROM THE TACO BELL ON 17TH STREET NEAR THE HOSPITAL!! They always get the order wrong. If you order extra cheese, the only thing extra you get is an extra charge! I just got home from the drive thru and my burrito tortilla was so stale, i gaged from the bitter taste. Had to scrape out the insides just to be able to eat. This is the last time I give this one a chance. Go to the Taco Bell at Monkey Junction, or near Wrightsville Beach or the College. They are GOOD!

The cashier this morning on April 26 2017 Debra W is very pleasant every time I come in shes got a big smile and a wonderful attitude every time I go into this Taco Bell I hope to see her, I was also satisfied with the food it was fresh and delicious and the order was correct thank you so much for having the people that work there on 17th and South Street because they make my day when I do come in.

The service was slow and the tables were dirty. I heard one of the girls on the line curse at the lady on cash register. But the worst thing was the beef on my tacos. I ordered 2 & only ate half of one. Threw the other in the trash. I will never go back to that store.

Another basic Taco Bell with employees that do not care about the quality of their work. Food was served cold and two of the 4 quesadilla pieces were missing chicken AND cheese.

The food was great except for some. The cashiers rush you when ordering. The manager was quite rude when hes working on the cash register. The music inside was really loud.

As far as Taco Bells go this one has slow service. Not quite up to standard. The food is a little below par and thats saying something when its a Taco Bell.
