Food is good, but the customer service is terrible, and the "Great Win" restaurant on ridge road has basically the same exact food as they do. The main difference is "Great Wall" charged us for pork fried rice AND normal rice because the person making the order didnt understand we didnt order both. "Great Win" never would do that. The people at "Great Wall" dont speak English very well, and insist that they are in the right every time they mess an order up.

i ordered chicken fried rice take-out. When opened at home it was totally unrecognizable. Worst conglomeration i have ever seen. It was anything but fried rice . A disgrace to Chinese cooking.

The food is pretty good, but duck sauce is the stuff in little packages. Dumpling sauce is good. Food is generally good and consistently well seasoned.
