Im not sure what the wierdo who gave the three stars was writing about, probably got turned down for another date while studying his thesaurus.Speaking of which, I think Incredible Pizza is the best place in ALL of Wilmington. The selection that they have is enormous and the quality has never let me down. I say that i dare someone to find a better pizza for the price. Even Dominos and Papa Johns pizza is corporate owned with huge monetary backing and Incredible STILL beats them on the prices. The Monday special is my forte (thanks thesaurus). The 2 large cheeses for 12.99, good luck finding that any where else. Obviously if he ate more than one slice, than theres some flavor to it, and if he doesnt like it, he can masticate on something somewhere else while the people with taste enjoy the finer things in life. Me, i study with a slice of heaven thats unbeatable, and INCREDIBLE!!

I dont know what Sara Jenkins was smoking..she must be related to that Leroy Jenkins guy from World of Warcraft for writing a review like that. The 17th street shop has amazing food plain and simple. Its advertized as "Take out" or "Delivery" and they still even offer tables outside if youd like to sit outside and enjoy your pie with your family there. The staff there is super friendly and will go out of their way to bring you a fresh pie even if you live way out in the middle of nowhere and majority of the time its with in 30 min. Ive waited over and hr for Dominos to get a pizza to me before....I think the moral of this story is that they have great food at an affordible price! Anyone who doesnt enjoy it in the minority.

17th st. First time customer. Bought a large "Thats Incredible", and a house salad. Pizza was delicious, although it was not hot, even though I was quick to get there. I was there on a Tuesday evening. I stood up at the front waiting for someone to come and ask me what I needed, but no one did. One employee passed by me twice without saying a word. The woman who was supposed to be at the counter was in the back talking with someone else. By the 3rd time the employee passed me, he went back and told the woman that someone was waiting at the counter. Needed a receipt, but getting one was too much of a hassle, and our pizza was already getting colder. The staff needs to get it together!! Great pizza isnt enough.

Generally love Incredibles Gourmet pizza, but this location wont honor the 2 for $20 thats on their website. Worse than that, when I asked the employee (Named JASMINE) why she couldnt honor it, she couldnt explain why. So I asked for a manager and she asked me to call the other location, so I asked for her name to use when I called and she got pissy and hung up on me. (I had to call back to get her name from another employee). Food here is Ok, but apparently they dont honor ads and allow their workers to treat customers rudely.

Pay no attention to the negative reviews, theyre all from cheapskates who think Dominoes qualifies as decent pizza. Incredible Pizza is great, and no, its not cheap, but good ingredients arent cheap. I order from Incredible about once a month, and its consistently been the best pizza in town. Also, if youre complaining about cooks not wearing gloves, Im going to guess youve never set foot in a real kitchen, because no cook worth their salt wears gloves.

I figured I would try the 17th Street location again after having a bad experience here a year ago. Ive always had great pizza from the new center location in town. This 17th st. location just plain sucks again. Pizza didnt have correct toppings. It was burnt. It looks like they tried to use an old crust combined with a new crust..... Do yourself a favor and go to slice of life across the street. Way better food.

The pizza itself was good, no qualms with the food what so ever. Why 2 stars you ask? Ordered from them after reading the few reviews on here about how "affordable" their prices are. Couldnt be more wrong. 2 MEDIUM PIZZAS (a buffalo chicken pizza, and a custom 3 topping pizza) came to $32 and change. I dont know how anyone can say that is affordable...

The pizza was terrible, I wouldnt even had ate it if it was free, yet it cost me $15 a pizza. When I walked in the workers and the facility was very unsanitary. They didnt have gloves on or anything protecting their long hair or beards. This was terrible quality and service, I wish I would have just walked out instead of paying. So disappointed.

Placed a pick-up order, was told it would be ready in 30 min. My husband went to pick it up at 40. One pizza wasnt even in the oven and the staff was playing hacky-sac outside. He had to go to a different store while they finally got to making our order. When we got our order the food was very under cooked. Never again will we order from here.

I will NEVER order from here again!! After waiting over 30 minutes I got COLD STALE food! I ordered bread sticks - I got a cold uneatable cheese pizza cut up into strips (this is nothing like I was expecting) I called when I got home and while the lady who answered the phone used manners it doesnt make up for wasting my time and money!

I just tried this place for the first time and I can say it was awesome! Im very picky when it comes to pizza and I will never order from anywhere else ever! Jon took our order and he and the rest of the staff were very friendly. It is nice to see such young people running a business so well! Will recommend to everyone!

The pizza was great, but I agree that the customer service was awful. I just wanted to get my food, but theres this one guy with grey balding hair and a goatee that was an absolute dick for no reason. He seriously should be fired.

Prices are pretty good and the pizza is great. Cheaper than Slice of Life and almost as good. This and Antonios are probably the best value local pizza places in Wilmington. The wings are a good size and tasty, also.

First off been ordering from here for years. Quality has diminished greatly and the last two times it was burnt and dried out and took over a hour and twenty minutes both times. Too many other pizza places !

Great cannoli, can create unique pizza combinations from their long list of sauces and toppings. Variety of weekly deals makes them affordable at times. Great crust, white or wheat option.
