I recently moved to Avon and was enjoying pizza land. Lately the teenagers behind the counter dont seem to understand what customer service is. I decided to give them one more try because the food was good but lately is terrible. I placed an order over the phone went to pick it up and stood there for ten minutes at the counter no one waited on me and they were not busy (i would understand then). A manager told a female employee i was there and she said i know....two minutes go by the manager said it again and she stated i do not care....so i walked out. The manager didnt do anything so my already placed order went to waste. It seems if the owners are not there the service is unheard of and the food is terrible.

AN ABSOLUTE MUST TRY... Every time we come here we absolutely have the friendliest workers service us... The place is always very clean.. As far as the food, we order a small pizza and its the size of a large..as well as all their food is wonderful.. It is my absolute favorite pizza as well as other foods they have an such reasonable priced.. Get well worth your moneys worth...

Very deliciou pizza, ordered it thin with xtra sauce. Should have ordered extra extra sauce then it would have been better. Sorry to say its not like a Jersey pizza I grew up eating. You would fold it in half and the cheese and oil would be dripping as you devoured it. Forgot the slivered onion, those were delicious! Enjoy! On a scale 1-5. Would be 3.75 &

My boyfriend and I stopped here for the first time today after weve been passing it when we make our weekly trip out to Cheektowaga for months now. We got slices and they were delicious and super fresh. This is honestly the best pizza Ive ever had. And on top of that, the staff was incredibly friendly. We will definitely be returning!

I love getting my subs from Pizza Land. They are always courteous and definitely aim to please.Any mistakes ever made were politely apologized for and we received compensation or remaking of the food but these are rare instances.The delivery is always quick and the food always fresh and delicious.

Avon is my second home, most of my family live there. I live in buffalo and often...drive an hour to Avon ordering 2 pizzas 20 mins in advance. Eat one one the way home and share the other when I get home. Outrageous you say? No, its that good

pizza was undercooked.. mushrooms were out of a can .. YUCK!! ALSO.. they employees were eating inthe kitchen around the food.. no hand washing going on.. REALLY.. come one.. can anyone say HEALTH CODE VIOLATION..

On a day where I could see the pavement on the road, they refused to deliver at 6:30 claiming bad road conditions. I live on 5&20 same road the shop is on. 2.7 miles away. Pathetic and lazy all I got to say!

Best pizza on earth. I will only go to them. Out of all the pizza places in Avon to Batavia, where Im mostly around I will not eat any other pizza. Love them so much, great customer service!

I like the pizza and wings. However, when I call for wings, I always ask for the celery to be put on the side and it very seldom is. I dont like hot celery
