Went with my girlfriend at dinner time and got two pieces of cheese pizza each. We sat down to eat and the pizza was dry and stiff as a board, cracked all over when you folded it and had a bad burnt taste, we ate the first piece out of courtesy but the second one was the same way so i nicely asked the two guys if we could get two different slices, that it was not fresh and tasted burnt. He Informed me that it WAS fresh and NOT burnt and would not replace two pitiful slices of pizza. I know what burnt bread tastes like. And i ate twice a week at the new york pizza in raleigh and it is superb. but this one was a huge dissapointment Aweful service and way to do business, wont go back unless im in the mood for some really bad pizza and really rude people.

I just move from New York to Wilmington and I was hoping to find good pizza. NOTHING LIKE NEW YORK PIZZA! THE CRUST WAS TO THICK, DRY AND WITHOUT TASTE ON THE OUTSIDE, DOUGHY AND UNCOOKED ON THE INSIDE. THE SAUCE AND THE CHEESE ARE COMMERCIAL GRADE AND AVERAGE. I ORDERED A CHEESE AND A PEPPERONI PIE , THEY WERE SO CHEAP WITH THE TOPPINGS THAT SOME SLICES ONLY HAD A SLICE OR TWO OF PEPPERONI . THEY WERE ALSO VERY CHEAP WITH THE SAUCE. THE OUTER HALF OF THE PIE HAD NO SAUCE, IT WAS LIKE CHEESY BREAD. THEY CHARGE EXTRA FOR A NORMAL SIZE PIE AND CALL IT EXTRA LARGE. I AM SORRY. I WANTED TO FIND GOOD PIZZA HOWEVER THIS IS NOT IT.

My favorite pizza in town. If you want a slice and have time to drive here, do it. Even when I eat at other places in the area, Ill stop in and get a slice to go for later. My go to is the Rio Ranchero (ranch based sauce with mozz, bacon, and fresh tomato) but make no mistake, this is a NY style pizzeria and their plain cheese pies are amazing as well. They have tons of slice flavors on hand; from standard NY White or Pepperoni to fuel for the more adventurous like Buffalo Chicken or Gyro. Be warned, they only take cash but do have an ATM on site. Did I mention its my favorite pizza in town?

Best pizza in Wilmington as decided by two true pizza lovers. Ive compared this to Slice of Life, Pizzettas, Incredible, and Elizabeths. The pizza tastes great, has generous toppings, and always comes out fresh and hot. They have quick and friendly service and always work hard and strive to help everyone have a great experience. I highly recommend whether at noon on a Saturday or 2:30 am early Sunday morning.

You might walk right past this place, and it might look like a hole in the wall, but Id have to say its consistently the best pizza in town, whether youre looking for lunch of you need a bite to eat while youre out barhopping. I thought about dinging it a star for only taking cash, because I hardly ever carry cash on me and I dont like ATM fees, but the pizza is so good that I didnt want to ding it.

Consistent, delicious, affordable..What more can I say?? Offering great prices for delicious pizza is what they do. If you are downtown, go to I love NY and get better pizza at a better price. Do NOT go to slice of life, they are a ripoff. Only downfall is the size of the store, you cant fit more than 2-3 people inside, so I usually wait outside for my pizza and take it home to eat.

i have eaten everywhere else. many decent places out there, and i agree that Incredible Pizza is good for what it is. however, for your best classic thin (or sicilian - i digress) crust, your best classic toppings, and quick service, THIS IS THE BEST PLACE IN TOWN. Why disappoint yourself getting "meh" pies here and there, hoping to get lucky, or to avoid being unlucky?

Great place when you have a hankering for a slice of pizza! Please be aware that they are CASH ONLY, but they do have an ATM outside. The tables could afford a wipe down every once in a while, but the place is typically jamming with customers trying to grab a slice between bars. They are open after 2am so it is a win win after the clubs and bars close.

this place is the real deal. awesome NY style pizza. they serve by the slice a tons of options. Matt and Orlando are awesome staff. They have the best white pizza on NC by far. I eat there 2xs last week and i do everything I go to Wilmington. its the best.

My husband and I just had pizza from here and it was wonderful! It was quick and tasted good as well. I would come here again and recommend it to someone in the downtown area. Bring your cash though, because they do not accept cards!

Best pizza in wilmington! You MUST try their pizza, and you will NOT be disappointed! GO EAT SOME PIZZA HOMIES! Side note: The "Rio Rancho" slice is my personal favorite, and I think that everyone should try it!

I would recommend this place over Slice of Life to be completely honest. Although the pizza not seem fresh because its sitting on the counters it was well heated, tasted great, and the chefs were pretty friendly.

The pizza is excellent! The crust, crunchy on the outside and soft and warm on the inside. The sauce is tangy and delicious and the toppings seem to be endless. For a Yankee like me it was a bit of home cooking!
