Went after a movie. It was nearly empty and had a nice relaxing atmosphere. I had high hopes for the place. Our waitress was pleasant, but not pushy. Everything was sparkling clean. The music wasnt too loud or too boring. It was a good balance of comfortable and classy. So far, so good. Our food arrived and it was downhill from there. The pizza was luke warm and nearly flavourless. My guest agreed about his own pie. The pizzas are 10 inches with nearly an inch of crust and $12 each. Half dont come with tomato sauce. The marinara is meh. It was bland without salt or spices. All said, it has potential. For now though, its a pub that sells mediocre pizza, not a good pizzeria that sells beer.

Food was absolutely delish and loved the selections. Server was great. Atmosphere was nice and clean. Wish they had more pizza size options besides just a 10". There were two of us and we each ended up getting our own pizza, instead of our usual 16" half & half anywhere else. A chair at our table was broken and the changing table in the womens bathroom is in need of fixing as it tilts at a downward angle and has no buckle to secure a child if one desired. Other than those minor issues, it was a great experience and love the fact they have vegan pizza options. Will go again.

Ive been to several different locations of this business, different cities, different states. I had never had an issue until today. While the food was ok (the bread o n the appetizer was stale), the service was mediocre. The waitress address my child and corrected him twice as if he was hers, when he was not doing anything wrong or As if we were not in the table. It was not her place to do. She had an annoying attitude during the whole time and the service was just not as good. I call to make a complain but they hang up on me as I was on hold to speak to a manager.

I have been before and it was all great but this time it took almost 30 min. to get our food. The mgr. did comp my entree. They have gluten free pizza but I have had it twice and both times on and off the pan the crust was not crisp. My friend ordered a turkey cranberry sand. which came with no cranberry. The Chipotle corn chowder soup was a runny broth with Chipotle seasoning and canned corn dumped in barely cooked. All the corn was lying in the bottom of the bowl. I am not exaggerating this. I will try again some day and will probably order something different.

The atmosphere and service are both exceptional, and the quality is fantastic BUT where it loses its two stars is due to price and portion. They are the two extremes, large prices for small portions. Its definitely quality over quantity here, but even then it may be too much to forgive. I dont want to leave your restaurant having spent enough for two people and still being hungry. Overall, be prepared to starve your wallet if you dont want to. But the wood fire stove speaks for itself, and the specialty pizzas are fun and inventive.

Ive been a customer here for around five years. Ive eaten pizza in nearly every city famous for pizza in the US and havent had any that was better. Ive been here close to a hundred times and have yet to find a dish I didnt enjoy. Yes, it gets crowded at times but the Mayfaire Mall is one of the busier places in Wilmington. The wait staff is always friendly and eager to help. I havent had a single bad experience here, despite what you may think after reading some of the other reviews. I give it 5 stars and two thumbs up.

Did not have to wait for seating , however, waited there after for about everything else. I suppose it was low staffing on a weekday night. The pizza is fair and the pasta is s large portion. The chicken alfredo was a little bland. Staff very curtious. Got the meatball appetizer, taste was ok, but too overpriced for six small meatballs. There are much better pizza places around with better prices

My wife and I have been dining at this Brixx ever since it opened. We love the food and half-price Sunday wine bottles, and the service is always unbeatable. Yesterday, Savannah was our server, and she was very attentive, kind, and cheerful. A great restaurant in which to dine anytime - especially to have drinks before crossing the street to see a movie.

The Bronx Bomber and the Spinach Artichoke dip are awesome, pricey for some pizza but a nice occasional treat. Wait staff was definitely not the friendliest that you will find in Wilmington. **Disclaimer** My experience was my own and does not guarantee or imply that yours will be the same, very often your experience will be what you make of it.

We bought 4 pizzas for takeout this past Saturday. It was the worst pizza we have ever had!! One of the pizzas was totally black on the outer crust. That pizza should never have been sold. The pizzas were extremely thin with little sauce or cheese. For what we paid it was definitely not worth it. We wont be eating here again.

The service was fantastic. The food wasnt bad. The appetizer came out very very fast. I wouldnt get the Spinach and Artichoke dip again, or salads. The establishment was dirty and every staff person just kept walking through all the garbage. Best part was its next to the movie theatre.

Expensive, crowded restaurant with pizza that just doesnt deliver the taste or ambiance that I wanted. Not to mention that their portions are small for the price. Can get way too busy when people are waiting for their movie as its located across the street from the movie theatre.

They have have horrible service and their food is bland. My pizza was soggy af. And their hummus taste bland and like it was bought at food lion . When my brother asked for onions and peppers they gave him huge chunks and it was overly a horrendous experience .

Pizza was undercooked & doughy. Penne pasta sauce had a weird taste. Salad was crisp & fresh though. Service was ok considering the table next to us got their food way ahead of ours even though we ordered 10min before them. Waitress forgot silverware too.

Stopped by after seeing a movie and was pleasantly surprised by their chicken Thai pizza. My taste buds tingled as I ate my pizza. Meagan my waitress was especially sweet and friendly in helping with the summer beer specials. Would definitely recommend.

I always have a great time at Brixx in Mayfair. It is a great family meeting place that just has the adult beverage specials that are great for me. The staff is always welcoming and professional, and the food is priced well and is quite delicious.

Food is ok. Interior is made entirely of hard surfaces so it is remarkably loud inside, especially when big groups with children are there. Parking is now a nightmare since the development has removed several lots in order to build more stores.

Waitresses are really nice, but theres always a service related issue when I go to this place. That being said the pizza is delicious and my favorite pizza in town, I cant get enough. Usually I just order to go now...
