**CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE LEAVING! 1.) Excessively long wait in the drive-thru. 2.) After I placed order, they asked if I wanted apple pie or blueberry pie. I said yes to apple pie. 3.) When I picked up order at the window, the clerk said it would be "8 minutes for the pie." I said no thanks, but seeing how I already paid, they "substituted" some deep-fried something. 4.)They forgot two items in my order. I pulled away and had to get back in line Other than the service being pitifully poor, the food was tasty. I may give them another chance.

BEWARE IS THIS A COMMON OCCORENCE OR IS IT A SCAM???Forgot parts of my order and wouldnt give me my money back, even though I called as soon as I got to my destinaion, tried to give me food I dont eat and dindt want> Left dissatisfied,will call regional...theres money to be made if you do this enough in a day,week,mponth. Telling a friend HAD SAME ISSUE A FEW HOURS EARLIER??? Says somthing about management- seems a whole family works there???

Who doesnt love Popeyes? The spicy strips are always amazing, and they have a decent selection of sauces. When I was ordering a large order of strips (22) for a party, they awesomely let me get 2 of each kind of sauce. No matter what number of strips you order, this one always seem to throw in a couple extra. This location also has one of the new coke machines that let you create 100s of combinations for your drink.

This place is NOT a good place to eat at. I will never eat here again. The service is poor. REAL POOR. its not clean here . They are not friendly either. They wont be getting my money anymore. Even if Im starving. Ill eat dirt and grass before I go there. Popeyes is 1 million thumbs DOWN....

Listen to this and other reviews that suggests you check your order before pulling away. Theyve forgotten parts of my order twice now. When I called to tell them (once home) they were not interested and hung up on me. When the chicken is fresh, it is heavenly. Endure, we must.

I like theyre $4 and $5 lunch specials I go there occasionally for my lunch they have the shrimp and also the chicken spicy chicken and regular chicken you can get two sides a biscuit and 2 pieces of chicken for around 5 bucks when the special is on otherwise its like 6:50

The young Lady taking orders was attentive and very polite, and quick. However the second window was a manager (different uniform shirt and tie). He was not friendly, and when he came to hand me my food he told me "go ahead".........excuse me??!!!!

Cant compare with the state of Florida Popeyes restaurants, to bad theirs not one in the inner-city, cold spring area ( Jefferson & E.Ferry streets next to gas station). Love to give a Popeyes rep. some ideas about it.......

Loves my shrimp from Popeyes. They finally got the jumbo shrimp back.....well they were hushpuppy covered shrimp. They were ok. But Ill wait for the regular jumbo shrimp platter to come back

Really good chicken, however the employees here didnt seem too interested in refilling the sweet tea or the coca cola syrups ( they were out of everything except diet by the time we left).

Food is no where near what I expected from Popeyes. I would stop on my way to Rochester NY to get this chicken. Now I wont drive 2 miles to get it. The quality has diminished greatly.
