I love KFC but this location is the WORST! Literally every single time I go here they either mess something up, or forget to give me something. On top of that they are extremely slow to get peoples orders out. I was in the drive thru for 20 minutes, sometimes its faster than that but usually I have to wait about 20 minutes, sometimes even a half hour! They run out of everything.. Ice for crying out loud! This is a KFC taco Bell location too and they have the same hours and theres been more than once where they decided to stop servicing over an hour early! They stop cooking when they feel like it its ridiculous! Drive to another location because you will not be happy. I live down the street and sometimes I even want to drive somewhere else

The only reason Im giving them a 2 star is because they have a very nice staff. But so much more was wrong then right. I spent a little over $27 and first of all when I got home the order was wrong now mind you I live in blasdell which is about a 15/20 minutes to get there so going back was out of the question. Then I start to eat and omg I was so disappointed..it was dry and all breading. Im a cook and have been for 25+ yrs. This was way to over cooked. Idk what happen to our beloved KFC threw out the years all I do know is that I am so very disappointed and probably wont ever go back. This is a very sad day for me and my family.

Horrible, this place has the absolute worst service I have ever seen. it is always slow and the workers are rude and always act like it is there first day on the job ! this particular location is always out of things that are on the menu , please tell me how a chicken restaurant is always out of chicken ! I wish there was a way to put negative stars!

THE SLOWEST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH! I dont know if KFC has always been slow because of the food but it is ALWAYS atleast a 10 minute wait. On several ocassions I have driven off after ordering, empty handed because of the rediculous wait!

This location always seems to be very busy. Staff is friendly. Everytime weve decided to dine inside its been FREEZING!!! While I totally appreciate cool air on hot summer days, 50 degrees is a tad too much!
