Liz did an incredible job with our daughters birthday cake! We heard kids talking about how good the cake was long after we ate it, and we had one piece left to take home :) Having celiacs is tough for a kid, and it truly meant a lot to be able to serve the same cake to everyone else that she was having rather than her being the one with something different, and for everyone to enjoy it so much. Not to mention the peace of mind of knowing we didnt have to worry about cross-contamination. Thank you so much Liz!
