Young employees are snotty and rude. Thankfully, the older employees make up for the younger ones. Slow service. Terrible drive-thru design. Traffic always snarled in the mornings and if you park, its brutal to get out with the drive-thru traffic sitting in the middle of the lot. There are Tim Hortons everywhere in WNY. Find another. I drive right past in the mornings now.

This Tims location has literally been the best service hands down for over a year. I randomly rotate between three different ones on my way to work and throughout the day and this one always has the best employees, service, and her time. Drive-thru service is that is all I can speak of.
