the parking lot is small and narrow. And the hostess is rude to female customers on a regular basis. She wants to spend a lot of time with male customers. Not volunteer to wait on female customers. We had to ask her wait on us. She rush to get rid of. And when we paid. It was the same rude behavior. And she walk away in the middle of wait on us. And not come back. The waitress not nice at all. The young female waitress not volunteer to come at all. We had to ask another waitress to come to our table. and wait on us. She was not busy. Slow to come wait on us. And another waitress was very obese. She would come to our table. And stand in front of us. And her back was toward us. And she stood in front of the table. We called the manager and asked her to stop it. And the waitress was a problem. She would not come back in the middle of the meal. And she said not want to write down the order. Said it was not her job. WE said it was. She would bring food and drink. And try to quickly run away. The restaurant is small. And the menu offers a lot of different choices to eat. To have at moderate prices. Our waitress would not bring us a full plate of food of order. The portions were half the normal size. We got free meals. She would not come back to give us more coffee. The manager did wait on us.AFter the waitress.

Im very disappointed in my visit today. Im a regular and have been coming for the past 4 months. I had stopped going about a month ago because I would always get The Works and my food would be over cooked. Then I gave it another try and today Erica had took my order over the phone. I always take off 3 items and add cheese. Five different people take my order and never charge me extra because I take off 3 items. I told Erica I wanted to add chedder cheese. She charged me $2 for doing that when I always pay the same amount for the past 4 months. I felt she was a little slow anyway because she asked me how many slices of cheese and I said isnt it shredder cheese and she said yes. So I was like how am I suppose to answer that question then. The manager could careless but ended up taking that charge off and told me for now on it would be extra. I got to my office and just laughed because I didnt even get extra cheese. I dont like to eat eggs unless its cheesy and for her to try to charge me $2 more and I barely had cheese in the first place Im completely done with this place. I wanted to give them another chance but now Im fed up. They either over cooked your food, dont put the same amount of items in it, or try to over charge you so make sure you look at your check before paying.

Check this place out! Heres why... First off, the guy darted to the door before my toe hit the curb... to open it for me. A guy who I think was the manager...well IDK but he had a pistachio green polo on and was standing at the front 5/29/15 at about 12:45ish. Seemed manger-ish...if he isnt one he should be. Anywho he was super friendly sat down with us as we searched the menu for our to-go order. made great suggestions and told us the popular items. Then the cash register guy who opened the door was super nice and friendly. My order came out fast and fresh! I got the power bowl...IDK i ate it too fast but I know there was dried cherries (raisin like) and goat cheese in it with quinoa and chicken. Manager guy updated us of the progress of our food as we waited and invited us back in. The place was not super packed but I know it is boomin on the weekends! Cant believe it has been 1.2 miles away from me since October and I didnt know! OH and prices were awesome! My food was more than enough with leftovers and I spent like 8 bucks. Although, my friends wedding soup wasnt filled all the way up. Maybe they didnt want it to spill in the car!?

Tasty and guilt free! We decided to try the place out on a Saturday morning. Whoops.. bad decision. We obviously had no idea how popular this place is! The waiting area only has 8 seats, you can fix up a cup of coffee with a wide selection of creamers and sugars during the ~30 minute wait at 11:15am. Theres a smaller seasonal menu that has a breakfast, brunch, and lunch entree, along with fresh in-house juices. We ordered the smoked salmon frittata, hash skillet (farmhouse), and the seasonal item pot roast hash. The hash was cooked as expected and they did not skimp out on avocado! We were, however, disappointed with the frittata. It was very flat and it did not have a fluffy shape - in fact it had no shape at all.. it seemed like scrambled egg whites. The meal was very small, with a slim piece of ciabatta bread. Despite how busy it was, we had a very friendly and attentive server. Overall, most of the food was good and the setting was great. The meals are somewhat pricy for the small portion sizes, but likely because of the fresh/healthy ingredients. Not amazing, but still pretty good.

Sorry, but I just did not have an experience that measures up to the hype. Was very excited to try this place because of good reviews. Food was ok. Atmosphere was pleasant. Menu offerings were impressive. I went on a random weekday morning so it wasnt busy and I was expecting speedy service. Our waiter dropped off our food and that was pretty much it - no follow up until we received our check. After being seated and brought a carafe of water it took our guy about 25 minutes to take our order. After ordering it took quite a long time for our food to come out and I could see staff hanging around and chatting with each other instead of attending to guests. Both meals were a little bland and proportions unimpressive for the price. Maybe it was just the staff during that shift.

Went here this morning as a family (two kids under the age of 4 and six adults) for the first time. There was something on the menu on the menu for everyone; and everyone in the party enjoyed their food with several "this is really good" comments as well as some "youve got to try this". I dont consider myself a breakfast-food person; and I generally go with savory over sweet in the mornings. But the menu had enough variety to cover the bases, and I found myself struggling to choose from several enticing options. The waitresss recommendations were spot on for everyone who had questions and the food came out promptly. We all agreed at the end of the meal that we need to come back again soon to try new options from the menu--and overall, a place well definitely recommend to others.

We have been to the First Watch in Columbus Ohio multiple times and had nothing but great food and service. I hadnt even realized that it was a chain until we moved here. My husband and I decided to go there this morning and were very disappointed. Though the atmosphere was charming---the food was terrible. My husband got an omelette that was dark brown on the outside, which is not how an omelette is supposed to be prepared. My egg scramble over hash browns was cold and in both of our meals the hashbrown/homefries were a combination of undercooked and burned. Very disappointed with this meal, we had trouble choosing between First Watch and La Farm and wont have that kind of trouble in the future.
