We stopped here for lunch. There was me, my husband and two daughters (8 years and 15 months). My youngest is a little picky so we opted for the PB&J. When that arrived it looked like a pasty and it was rock hard on the outside. I explained to the waiter that I wasnt happy with it and he came back with another one. This again was also rock hard. However this one appeared to be stone cold. My conclusion on this was that they were pre-made and stored in the fridge which is why they were so hard when they came out. Suffice to say my 15 month old didnt eat it. I ordered the TBonz Texas Melt which sounded quite nice on the menu (blackened-shaved prime rib, turkey, applewood smoked bacon and monterey jack cheese). However when it arrived thats another matter. The beef was so over powering you couldnt taste anything else plus it was full of fat. There was one thin slice of turkey on and the cheese was non-existent. I ended up having to deconstruct the sandwich to remove all the fat. When the waiter came over to see how everything was I spoke up and explained the situation. He offered a replacement which I declined as I didnt think it would come out any different. The manager then came over later as he had been made aware of the situation. I explained again and just wanted to give feedback. He did knock off my food from our tab, which was nice. It was also nice that the manager was aware. Just disappointed that the food wasnt as good as the manager and waiters attentiveness.

Great place! Exceptional staff and management: they went above and beyond on a to-go order back in early September, where I had called in a quick order for my wife and I on our last night of pregnancy before giving birth to our son at MUSC. The staff was very kind and expedient with the order, and went above and beyond to make our makeshift last dinner date a memorable one. On a return visit for our first dine-in visit at T-Bonz we received the same positive experience, being open one day after Hurricane Matthew, polite and cheerful ready to serve those remarkable cheese fries! Of all the places to eat in Charleston , for my wife and I this will now be "our place" when we visit in the future. P.s. Be sure to check out the desserts they serve, incredible!

Me and my wife were referred to give this place a try by a friend. We started with loaded cheese/ranch/bacon potatoes, they were fantastic. I ordered the Tbonz grill sand which was prime rib, turkey and cheese on a sub roll. Was excellent! My wife had a chicken sandwhich that she also enjoyed. The problem here was the service, he was weak at best. Didnt bring any of our food, only refilled our drinks when the manager stopped by our table, realized they were empty and had him bring more drinks. We had to ask for the check and he never asked us how the food was. The manager on the other hand was at our table 3 times asking if we needed anything. Excellent food, good prices and atmospere was nice but service left something to be desired.

The atmosphere was great, and so was the service top notch! but I hope this review get you to step up your game with the food. I dont doubt that my experience could have very well been my isolated incident but: My broccoli could have been prepared better by a child, it was undercooked and cold. my Sweet potato casserole was first burnt but it didnt matter because the second one tastes horrible. And finally your chicken wings still had Feathers on them thats tasts great too. Seriously if it wasnt for your excellent waitress I would give you one star! Step it up guys!

Apparently racism is heavy here . My husband and I sat for 15 mins literally 5 employees walked by without speaking , saying hello or offering to seat us . So just out of curiosity we ask do we seat ourselves ? The manager says "no Ill seat you" then shows us to a table and says "your server will be here soon" that was enough for us to leave . Very sad to know that we cant all be treated as a human race but Im not surprised . Btw my husband is biracial and I am African American which obviously is a crime at the tbonz in Charleston SC . Smh

Me and my boyfriend thoroughly enjoyed our experience! We both got them ounce steak with the bourbon sauce and it was delicious. Honestly the best meal I have had in awhile. The cherry fix mixed drink is delicious too! Our waiter was wonderful and all wait staff were very courteous, including the manager who stopped by our table twice to make sure everything was perfect! All around a wonderful place and dining experience! It is a must visit and the prices were not bad at all compared to others in the market downtown are of Charleston!

We were in downtown Charleston and were looking for a good steak. My girlfriend had the fillet, and I had the ribeye. Her fillet was overpoweringly salty, she ordered a medium rare and it came very well-done. I could cook a better piece of meat on a campfire. My ribeye was better, but still not great, especially for the price. Bottom line: steak was not cooked well, seasoned poorly, and was too expensive for the quality. Service was good, though.

This place is awesome! Open late, serves food past 11:30/12am Interior is dark, rustic decor. Half of it has nice restaurant seating area, the other half is split into two bars. I enjoyed the food. Staff was friendly. Was the only place in Charleston my boyfriend and I found that serves food that late. So I was thrilled! Very please. Burger was excellent! Very filling! Crab and Artichoke dip was very great. Took a lot home!

We had a great experience from the time we walked through the door to the time we left. The host happen to know some history about the restaurant and the area. Our waiter was spunky and attentive. There was another gentleman (kitchen or floor staff, not sure now) who was funny and made us feel even more welcome. The food was awesome and so was the ambiance.

Come here when Im in Charleston for reasonably priced good food and beer. The burgers are quite good and service is usually friendly. This visit was quite good. Original order of fries were barely warm, but hot ones were delivered when I brought it to their attention. Not the best place in Charleston, but overall quite good.

2 hour wait for food once order placed. 7 people dining. Everyones food was either cold or poorly prepared. Have been here several times. Will never return...far too many great restaurants in Charleston! Spoke with 15 y/o manager on duty...gave free appetizer as consolation prize!

The steak was AMAZING!! One of the best ever! The ribs were very tender, fell right off the bone. Good sides, the salad was super tasty. Nice location on the main street in Charleston. We stopped in from our stroll and were extremely happy we did!
