The Cinnabons are great! But tonight (2-11-11) i stood in line for like 30 minutes before i even got close to the front. What sucks is there may have been about 6 people in front of me, but the service was terrible and slow and the cinnabons looked terrible quality wise but i really didnt care about because i really wanted one. But by the time i got closer to the front the 2 YOUNG guys that was running the place were still taking the time.....if i was the owner i would have fired them on the spot.....you cant have kids running your business these days...they dont know how to work. And then the sit-in area it just looked like a hangout for young kids....give me a break!! I didnt even see these kids eating any cinnabons it was terrible!! Customer Service and Atmosphere i give them a ZERO. Theres no telling how many orders they lost due to the workers being SLOW. It was so frustrating i just walked away!

I absolutely love this place. Im not sure if the ladys name but she give excellent customer service. She make me feel good about spending my money there.
