Horrible food and service. Ordered broccoli cheese soup (cup and a bowl) along with a bagel. Was surprised to find the bagel toasted and brought to our table 10 minutes before the soup(?) The amount of soup was the same in the bowl as the cup, only poured into a larger size bowl. The soup was bland, the bread was hard and rubbery like. Wasnt surprised when the person stepping forward claiming to be the manager offered no more than a bag of chips for my dissatisfaction due to her attitude when I went up to ask where the soup was. I had also ordered a fruit cup as the one on DISPLAY (in the ice with a few water bottles at the register) drew my attention. I witnessed the server grab the display which I had noticed had icy fruit at the bottom due to the ice it was kept in. I asked for a different fruit cup stating that I had noticed ice at the bottom of the DISPLAY. It took approximately six minutes for the server to return with another fruit cup and an attitude. I found that there was no seal on the fruit cup and requested a refund. Awful service and awful food.

Ive tried several times to give this particular location a fair shot but it keeps disappointing. The carelessness and indifference by the staff is why. Sometimes the food is bad. Sometimes the service is excruciatingly slow. Always its unfriendly, as if the customer is such a bother. It doesnt matter if its busy or slow, my experience is always the same. Go a little further to the store on New Garden where youll have a completely different experience.

I love panera and eat there a lot, but will never return to this location. The service was terrible, the cleanliness was horrific. The bathrooms were a mess and havent seem to be cleaned in days. While prdering my food, the girl was rude and very short and after taking my order, proceeded to talk about me to another waiter....in front of me!

The lady that took my order had her phone out the whole time. She didnt look at me because she was too busy reading her messages. This was not the kind of customer service I was expecting from a place like this. I work for a restaurant where the customers always come first and we are not allowed to have our cell phones out.

We like the food in general. However this place is one of the worst for cleanliness. When we asked a worker to wipe the table for us, she left it slathered in water. Probably not clean water. Also the Avocado egg white sandwich had huge chunks of avocado vs slices. Hard to eat and it kept falling apart.

Freaking Charles messed up my order and was just rude to me. I got the wrong receipt and was not given any chicken. I wish Adam was there hes a young model employee who takes care of his customers. Ill still go back but Im not having Charles take my order.

This location never gets my salad right. I always ask for mozzarella in my salad, & they always for get it. I always ask for 2 different kinds of dressings, & I never get it. So here I am again with dry a salad with no cheese.

2645 Lawndale Drive Thumbs UP! Nice selection of sandwiches and soups for lunch. Love the casual atmosphere. The bread is great and made fresh daily. Try the Cream of Broccoli Soup. I will be dining here again!
