I thought I would stop in to chic-fil-a to see what all the hubub was about. The restaurant was clean as were the rest rooms. It was busy I thought for 2 in the afternoon but after tasting there spicy chicken sandwich deluxe it became clear...... This place is amazing.... Im a huge fan of the wenddys spicy chicken but this tasty bit of poultry cast a very large shadow. The waffle fries were both delicious and moist not dry like other fat food joints and the freshly squeezed lemonade could stand against the greats of the industry... Simply lemonade, Penn Station and Panera Bread.... (if you love lemonade like I do you understand) the staff was friendly kind and patient... You ask patient how can they be patient... Well there was a crack addict (alleged) sitting behind me NOT raising her two boys as they ran around the place crying and screaming, oh and literally climbing on top of the garbage can to retrieve a balloon, the nice woman behind the counter already asked the young child of about 6 years of age to leave alone while the "mother" watched from about 20 feet away. Finally I a pleasant tone the lady behind the counter said "Excuse me." fairly loudly grabbing the attention of all in attendance and focusing their eyes on the boy now standing atop the trash can balloon in hand. Obviously feeling the pressure of the 60 or so sets of judging eyes the "mother" spoke up saying "David uuuhhh... We are leaving" as she sat down back in her seat. Clearly the large play structure provided by Chic-fil-a although completely sufficient for all the other children looking to climb and play just wasnt enough for you David who was looking for something a little edgier,perhaps a little less safe, a little more like home.....you know climbing over garbage I mean (allegedly) The boy David cried and the "mother" retracted her threat. And said were not leaving..... Dang it I thought I. Really enjoying this sandwich and this crack addict (alleged) is being ridiculous. The "mother" then yelled at her son Donovan for knocking over for the second time the lovely fresh flowers on the table spilling the water all over her sons almost entirely eaten kids meal. One of the employees hearing the mothers outcry came calmly and offered to clean up the spilt water and even when noticing the boys food being soaked (how convenient) offered a new kids meal (freshly prepared) to the "mother" for her youngest Donovan...... This is where my friend that I was enjoying lunch with and I departed disgusted by the "mother" or lack there of but, absolutely amazed (seriously I wasnt expecting it to be Soooo good) at the delicious lunch we had just enjoyed.. Having said all that the restaurant, staff and food was top notch. But that "mother" should been tossed. I guess thats just a testament to the fine service and quality people being employed there at Chic-fil-a.... Great clean looking place and polite clean looking staff which is VERY important to me. Its great to trust that all health standards, values and ethics are being followed with a fast food restaurant because there are some popular ones that I definitely will not eat at. Thank God that a Christian based company (who truly displays loving your neighbor) came into our neighbor with Great food and great staff!,

I come here about once a month, this is a great place for a quick early lunch if you get here after 1215 it gets crowded, but worth it. The Monroeville location is very clean as is the rest room. They bus the table during the busy time, so tables are clean and inviting. Business seems to have picked up, since the homosexual have asked you to boycott this business. Great family fast food places, thanks.

Lunch here about once every other week. Its always great, fresh, and much healthier than all the other Fast Food options in the area. Tip: ask for "no butter" on your chicken sandwich for an additional 80 calories savings. The place is always packed, but yet its always easy to find a seat and the line moves really fast. Its always clean and the staff are always very kind.

This restaurant was absolutely packed but every staff member was smiling and helpful in the face of such a huge rush. I didnt at all feel rushed to order. They took every possible chance to be courteous and attentive to my needs. A+ for customer service. My order was completed quickly and correctly. Will definitely return to this establishment.

Have been to this location twice and this may be the busiest location Ive ever seen, as the line has been to the door both times. However, dont let that scare you away. Everything moved very, very fast and there was plenty of seating. This has become our familys go-to stop during our trips from Philly to Mansfield, OH.

Horrible! I thought Chick-fil-A was a family friendly place. Ordered 2 kids meal a moment ago - tried to exchange the unopened juice boxes for chocolate milk minutes after they were brought up to my table, the manager flat out dismissed me without giving a reason or explanation. Thanks for ruin my kids day Chick-fil-A

Great food. Clean tables. Simply amazing service. When the staff saw I had a gaggle of kids with me they brought our food right to our table. The glassed-in play area allowed my wife and I to have a nice conversation while the kids romped in full view. 10/10 would go back in a heartbeat.

One of the best things to every happen to Monroeville was the addition of Chicl-fil-A. The food rocks and is reasonably priced. Service is friendly and fast, plus they sometimes distribute coupons to locals via postal mail. Best biscuits in the north.

The staff is always wonderful as well as the food. Even during their busiest hours they take time to deliver service with a smile. The pricing is great and the food is healthy compared to about every other fast food chain. 10/10 would recommend.

The staff are beautiful people. The food is very good. They play Christian music in the seating area and they have a childrens play place that they clean the whole inside of frequently. Very well run establishment. No complaints.

The staff was quick and friendly. While waiting for food I had another staff member ask if I was being waited on or if I needed anything. Food was good and prepared per my request. Good price great job!

This is one of the worst Chick-fil-A restaurants. Theres always an issue with breakfast today the Burrito was ice cold. And forget about Lemon. I told the manager and he didnt really want to hear it.

Its my favorite place to eat. The food is amazing (you have to try their waffle fries with their buttermilk ranch) and everyone is always kind and quick. I would recomend chick-fil-a to anyone

The Chicken on my Sandwich was barely covering half of the bun, the cheese was missing and my wifes 12pc Nuggets was 3 nuggets short...First Chick fil a that really disappointed me...
