Been there multiple times drive all the way from chesapeake always have had a 5 star/great exsperience. Staff will actaully hold the door open as you walk in and welcome you from be hind the counter. Staff were always great and attentive. Very clean..... So I brought family that have never been there talked it up the whole trip and had a bad experience the mood seemed off there. Our waitress seemed impatient with my familys questions. The windows and mirrors there were dirty and all seats were dirty had to wipe off before we sat down. I watched multiple people including myself have to get up for refills. Also asked for a knife to cut burger in half and waitress never brought it but carried a 15 convo with another employee. Had to go up to get my check. Wasnt to happy with this experience. Food was still on point. I will be back because,I know the potential of this establishment

It was our first time at this chain and we will definitely eat there again. It was some of the best grilled cheese and grilled chicken we have had in a long time and the French fries were perfect. The waitresses were very nice and attentive and the store was clean.

The chicken Philly and chili cheese fries are awesome. Small diner, going for a 50s vibe. Almost entirely run by teenagers BUT they all have manners. Highly recommend. The prices are good too.
