I normally like going to BK for breakfast but the one in Manlius sucks. If you use the drive up window because your on your way to work and just want a coffee...they refuse to put sugar and cream in your coffee. Why the hell would I use the drive up window if I have to pull over to put in my own sugar and cream. What s bunch of idiots. And these arent kids working behind the counter. Theyre just a bunch of lazy people who dont know a thing about customer service. And age was the manager! Carrolls enterprise should be embarrassed about the crappy service at their Manlius location. Ill go to Dunkin Donuts just down the road from now in. Ugh!

Fast, friendy, Good food (taste not health lol, although is bet that they are healthier than similar fast food places) their fries are way better than Mcd thicker and crispy. They have a much much bigger menu than Mcd as well. Hot dogs, onion rings, icees. And they use real food, when I go there I dont have to worry that Im eating ground up tires or whatever taco bell cuts their meat with these days. Plus you get a pretty darn big burger

Tonight I ordered three grilled chicken sandwiches with lettuce and tomatoes, with NO mayonnaise. When my son brought them home two of them were so drenched in mayonnaise the buns had to be discarded, and one of those had no lettuce or tomato. Only one sandwich was done the way Id ordered. Very disappointing. Too bad because the chicken was well cooked. PAY ATTENTION, FOLKS.

Tayler was very polite and professional. Excellent customer service and very kind. I was with my two kids and it was difficult for me to bring the food to the table. He kindly brought the food to our table, when its not even his job. He also brought kids toys to play. He made us have a great experience at Manlius Bking. We would definitely return in the future. Piping Hot fries! They are always fresh every time I have gone here. The sodas however taste chlorinated so I usually get the lemonade, which usually needs a sugar packet. The restroom is -usually- clean. One time when i went in there the floor was wet with what I hope was water, and no paper towels. If you go through the drive-thru youll love the place.
