Ordered from here for me and my coworkers a few days ago and had it delivered. The food took over an hour to be delivered. By the time it got to us it was not only cold but wrong. My coworker ordered the calamari and it was ice cold. What was suppose to be a buffalo chicken wrap had some type of chicken and rice concoction in it and the fries were just as cold as the calamari. When I called the restaurant back, I was transferred from the person who took the order to the manager to the owner. He was rude over the phone and told us that we had to send all the food that WE NEVER ATE back. He claimed he would give a refund but would not make the food over claiming it was "correct" and they took pictures. Days later...I still dont have a refund!!!!! I also asked to see these "pictures" and never did. Neither I nor my coworkers will be eating from this restaurant again. Working in a department that deals with customer service, I can tell you their customer service skills suck!

The food has been good when weve eaten here. I use to order delivery alot and it was always awful timeframe for delivery. We stopped and only did pickup. Today I tempted delivery once again. Unfortunately, the delivery timeframe is still horrible, even worse. I ordered at 11:02 (they open at 11 am) for delivery of 1 SMALL pizza. I called back at 12: 30 to find out why I hadnt received my food. I was told there were 10 orders on the screen and mine was next to be fixed! Hour and a half and hadnt even been prepared!?! I bit the bullet but was NOT happy. Another half hour goes by and I call back and tell them they can keep the order as it had been two hours! All the owner had to say was "ok Jessica.. I will call my delivery driver to come back". No sorry or understanding at All! My husband and I will NEVER do business with them again! The customer is NOT first, thats for sure!

This place is amazing. The owner is always there making sure things are done the way customer satisfaction is met or exceeded. Very generous portion of everything you order. Prices are very reasonable compare to other local restaurant of the same scale. Whether you dine in or you order for delivery, you get an excellent service and attention. Friendly crew and smiley faces are always there to greet you and serve you. It seems that this guys are working really hard and strongly believe on what they do as opposed to others who are just after profit. The place is sometimes easy to miss on Lynnhaven Parkway. Give it a try once and you will be addicted to it before you know it.

I have been eating from this place for about a year and the food has always been high quality and fresh except for one time when I received pickled jalapenos on a delivery. Since then I have made sure to specify fresh. I have dined in but mostly do delivery and their grilled southern chicken sandwich is sooo good. The biggest plus is the fries are ALWAYS still crispy upon delivery! How magical. I always order the same sandwich along with a pizza with grilled chicken, fresh jalapenos, and purple onions. DELISH. I am moving in two weeks and will miss this place. Its the ONLY place I get delivery from.

Perfect experience. The decor was simple, yet beautiful. The music was nice and there was tvs at every angle. Onto the food, I got the two slice pizza with pancetta and sliced steak, it was fresh, crispy, and worth the price. Also got the jumbo wings, best wings of my life so far, they were a good size, crispy, and good amount of delicious BBQ sauce. There was a mix up with our order but we decided to try it anyway, still was great. Customer service was through the roof, waitress took dessert off for mix up, and they would stop by to clean up and chat. Tiramisu is also very tasty.

To the Owner. You can say what you want and make it sound as if I am lying, but I am not blind and know what I recieved from your resturant. And like I said to you on the phone, I never got nasty with you until you started going off on me after cutting me off. But I will say this....The way you treat your customers, such as CALLING MY PERSONAL PHONE the next day to yell at me for speaking my mind and giving a review about your resturant is completly uncalled for!! I have not slandered your company, I have only spoke my opionion which is what the reviews are for!

We had them caterer our wedding absolutely perfect, organized, patient, food, and customer service EXCELLENT!! Our selections were revised and reviewed with great suggestions, they helped us organize for the party size we had and helped us with unique party tray suggestions which everyone loved!! They take pride in perfection of everything, very hard working and completely took away any stresses we had our wedding day with setting up and serving. Staff came to our house, prepared, served, cleaned etc etc Our friends and family were VERY impressed

Ive only ever ordered delivery from FreshCrust, but I will continue to order from them. The food is simply delicious. Ive ordered pizza to pasta to chicken from them, and each dish was absolutely delicious. Online ordering is very thorough, allowing you pick and choose all the various option on a given meal. They even give you a status bar upon completion of your order, so you know when to expect the delivery guy. Their fantastic food and delivery service will get me through the door to check out their restaurant this weekend.

This was our first time here and our experience was GREAT! First, Coke, our server, was wonderful. She was so nice and made our dining experience pleasant. Second, the food was AMAZING! We received complimentary Garlic Knots that were so light and fluffy. I loved it so much I had to ask for a full order. My husband ordered the Uber Tastey Burger and I had Grandmas Spaghetti and Meatballs. They were all fresh and delicious! Awesome food and friendly staff...what more can you ask for. We definitely will be coming back.

I never tried this place before but a friend told me about it so I decided to order food for delivery during the Superbowl and everything turned out to be AMAZING!!! I was surprised at how many options are available on their menu. To sum things up for the entire party at my house we all agreed that this place is a winner. I would recommend the Caprese Salad and the Chicken Cacciatore my wife said her Baked Salmon was excellent as well! Dont forget about trying the garlic knots too!! lol Thank you Fresh Crust!!

The owner is a good person and a hardworking man. He puts his heart in the business. The food is very good as well. Everything I've ate there is good. :) The Loaded Cheesesteak, the Burger Meals (which are good deals u get McDonalds pricing maybe a dollar more and they are 10x better), the pasta, and I love the Ceaser dressing they use on their Ceaser salad & their new apricot butter which they make. Give this place a try! There pizza is also very good!
