I dined in for lunch. The wings were great! They were big and fresh and crusty. The plain fried rice i ordered is just that, plain rice and soy sauce. I also had an egg roll, not good, they were store bought and the mustard came in a packet instead of homemade. I also ordered spicy chicken and vegetables with white rice. This was pretty good, i would order it again. The vegetables were fresh and abundant along with a generous amount of white meat chicken. They sell sweet tea, which i returned because it was to sweet. The menu says they have hot green tea but the waiter said they did not have hot tea. The walls and doors are filthy and in need of a paint job. So while i was sitting there their delivery driver walks in wearing a old Tshirt and his shorts half way down his butt, then walks into the kitchen. Grose! There is no way i would eat food that their delivery driver touched. After getting lost on his delivery, i overheard the phone call, he comes back to the restaurant, plops himself down in a booth and cranks up some movie on his phone so loud I could hear the guns blazing and the body count being racked up across the restaurant. Man if I was in charge that guy would be washing tabels and chairs and painting walls instead of sitting there making this Chinese restaurant in a strip mall look even less average then it is, pluss he would be wearing a belt.

Ive never had a more unpleasant experience with a restaurant than Ive had with this one. I ordered food for delivery to my job and their delivery driver took an hour and a half to get me my food (Theyre a 5 min drive away from my workplace). Once he finally delivered my food he was extremely disrespectful and he tried to steal my change for his tip! And when I called and spoke with them about it they told me they were going to give me a credit for my food. The next day when I called they said they had no recollection of ever saying that and dismissed my issue completely. When I called again and spoke with the manager she said I couldnt even get a refund and that it "wasnt their fault." They dont need to be in the food industry if thats the kind of customer service theyre going to be giving. Never ordering from this place again.

Have you ever been to a Chinese place and ordered beef or shrimp only to get your order and there is BARELY any shrimp or beef? That is this place. Not only that but they dont speak english very well. One time i asked them to not cook the broccoli as part of my order. after 5 minutes, speaking with 2 individuals and the manager no one could understand "take a handful of broccoli, skip the stove and place it in my order" WHaht???? I tried to say it as many ways as i could, as slowly as i could..... Have you ever been to place that you know you have to check your order before you pay? Thats this place. There is a subway, arbys, wendys, zoes, and trader joes all in the same area. Pick one of those instead and avoid this place.

Out of about 20 times of eating sesame chicken, one of them was expired and I wasted my money. Their prices are way too high. They recently increased their prices probably because of tax but it had a good impact on my budget. If they made their lunch 5 dollars flat (total cost would be 5 instead of 5 dollars something), I would be satisfied completely. Update: Found a piece of hair, a stapler, and a wrong piece of vegetable in my order. Another thing I sort of dont like is how they give a lot of rice and sauce packets but everything else they give average or less amount. It feels like your spending a little more than your food.

Charlottes Chinese food in general has much to be desired. Trying to find a restaurant that serves good fried rice is difficult. I stumbled upon this restaurant while looking for another one. The shrimp fried rice is the best I have had in Charlotte, and they didnt skimp on the shrimp either. The bean sprouts were a nice added touch. My egg drop soup was a little light on egg pieces but tasted just fine. Cant speak about any other dishes yet. The carry out service was very fast and friendly. My food was out in less than 10 minutes. The price is very average for Chinese takeout.

The worst Chinese food Ive ever had, hands down. Do not, I repeat, DO NOT eat at this place if you know whats good for you. The only way I could see anyone liking this food is if they were from a trailer park and never ate anything fancier than potted meat. I ordered the Orange Chicken and fried dumplings, and Ive had better in the projects of NYC. The dipping sauce for the dumplings was disgusting, the dumplings themselves had bits of bone in them. The Orange Chicken was enough to make me puke. I wouldnt feed this food to my dog.

I have seen their menu placed on my door of my old apartment at least 5 times (obviously no concierge or added security there). Today I find one on my front door and everyone elses in a secure complex that even required a remote to get in and out of elevators. These people have gone too far with their illegal advertising and obviously I will never even try out their place. To the owner (s) of this place: if you want business, advertise the legal way and not the annoying way!

Two terrible delivery experiences. #1 - They claim 35 minutes for it to be delivered and it took 90 minutes. #2 - They claim 30-45 minutes for it to be delivered and it took 80 minutes. Not only does the delivery take FOREVER, but they food is not even very good and the people on the phones are very rude. I will not be ordering here again and would advise everyone else from ordering from here.

Just had to oldest crunchiest shrimp fried rice I ever tasted. Food is overpriced and sanitation score is a 84, which you would not know because they hide it behind the iced tea can. Was very disturbed to see a sick kid running in and outta kitchen coughing playing with a garbage bag. I will never eat here again food was terrible and someone please question the sanitation score behind the tea can!

Meh, mediocre at best. The egg drop soup was goopy, and the egg rolls were greasy. The boyfriend was happy that his chicken and rice soup had such large pieces of chicken in it, and the wait wasnt long for takeout, but if Id seen the health rating on the wall when I called in the order (90.5%--only half a percent away from a B is not good!), Id have gone elsewhere.

Ordered from there and the food was good. Greasy, but good. One day between classes I went there with a friend and the inside of the restaurant and absolutely unappealing. I couldnt stand to look around without being grossed out. I HAD to take the food back to school and still did not want to eat it, but we already paid for it
