we order food from this place quite often (delivery) and have never had a problem with anyone we speak to on the phone understanding us or us understanding them. sometimes someone who answers has an accent, but more often than not the person we speak to (and the delivery driver) seems to be someone born/raised in the US - no foreign accent at all. the food is always hot, fresh, and delicious and delivered faster than the time they quote us when we order. they have coupons on the menus and always bring more with each order... they even ask us if we have a coupon when we forget to mention that we have it during order. LOVE this place! Ill be sad if we ever move out of their delivery area!

Worst experience with a restaurant by far. For the second and last time the first words out of the delivery drivers mouth were " I am so sorry I forgot your Coke and I got lost." They always take over an hour for delivery and have several occasions said they "got lost." After telling the driver this was unacceptable and refusing the food, which was leaking all over the bag as if it had been sitting in his car forever. Instead of apologies all I heard was "Dont call us again, dont call back." Trust me I never will! Save your money, I did.

Absolutely horrible!!!! The order was late, the delivery guy was creepy and looked like he was on drugs and the food was terrible. Im afraid to eat it and its too late to call back. When this location first opened, the food was pretty good but over time the customer service was bad so i stopped using this location. That was 2 years ago, i thought why not give them another chance...BIG MISTAKE! I will never call this location again.

I love this place. The food is always perfectly cooked, tastes great, and is served in a to-go box instead of that crappy paper Chinese food box. The employees are always courteous, on the phone and in person, and my delivery always shows up hot, fresh and faster than the quoted time. What more do you want? This place is better than every other Chinese delivery in the area. I highly recommend it.

This is the worst Chinese I have ever had. The food is incredibly bland!! The folks who say its one of the best are either employees here or havent had quality Chinese food before. Sesame chicken tasted store bought, the chicken wings werent crispy, the lo mein was a waste & the egg rolls taste like paper! Save your money, try Quick wok or China Express in the area. Dont waste your money here.

Horrible Food! Extremely bland and underwhelming. Might I add I requested to exchange for something else because my first order tasted horrible. The woman didnt want to exchange but said if I buy another dinner shes give me 20% off. I ended up getting my exchange only to get home and find the meat burnt and way overcooked.

While they have a few tables, this realistically is just a takeout place. What I ordered was not what I expected to get - sweet and sour pork was tiny bits of pork coated with a breading, deep fried, and served with a plastic container of room temperature institutional quality sweet and sour sauce.

Great food.. Great prices.. Fresh flavors.. Not your typical quick fast food chinese.. Delivery is quick and they are happy to make custom food not on the menu.. Their hot and sour soup is our family "sick day"remedy. Not many places gets their phone number saved to your cell phone.. A+ Lotus II..

Tried this place because they left a flyer in my apartment door. And it was pretty good. I didnt love the orange chicken, but it was decent. And my wifes chicken and broccoli was good. Plus, I havent seen another place that has Wonton Egg-drop soup, and that was really good.

This place is clean, neat and the food is amazing! I would definitely order from this place again. The sesame chicken was cooked perfectly and the fried rice was on point! The eggroll OMG was just mmmmm.... I would recommend this place to a friend

For the prices, this place is really good. General Tso and sweet and sour chicken are my favorites here, and egg rolls are well made. Best of all, the speed and customer service is by far the best Ive seen in any chinese take out. Thanks guys!

This is one of my favorite places for Chinese food in Charlotte. Great selection at great prices. Love the Orange Chicken and the Chicken with Cashews. Not the decor of a PF Chang, but great food.

Great pork steam dumplings and Singapore rice noodles. Ive had other things that are not so good such as sesame chicken. It was too sweet and had too much breading.
