My girlfriend and I went here for an early dinner. We ordered the veggie spring rolls, dumplings and crunchy spicy tuna roll and split everything (no alcohol). About 3 hours later we both began to experience intestinal upset, cramping, bloating, intense nausea and diarrhea. We spent the next 20 hours in extreme discomfort hugging our respective toilets and praying for relief. We clearly contracted FOOD POISONING! I called about 10 minutes ago (21 hours post infection) and spoke to a manager named "Matt" . My goal in calling was to notify the restaurant about our experience and hopefully prevent anyone else from going thru the same thing. However Matt the manager did not seam to care nor take what I had to say seriously. In his defense he did call me back and offered to refund me my money. I appreciate that. All in all the place could be great but they need to get serious about food safety. I will NOT be coming back.

With many "Asian" restaurants, most of the dishes always seem the same and repetitive with each place you go. But CO stands out a bit more than most places. The menu is simple and easy to navigate with a variety of dishes and small bites to indulge yourselves in without being overwhelmed and intimidated by the actual number of choices. Its just the right amount of items to choose from. Theres also a very nice selection of beers, sake, and cocktails for those who are looking to unwind a bit. Food quality was fantastic as well as the taste. Food should taste just as good as it looks, and the staff here know what theyre doing. Noodles were savory and in plentiful amounts and the pressed sushi was an absolute treat to have. If youre looking for a new take on "Asian", definitely check out CO. Afterall, dont you deserve the best there is whenever you can? Will be back.

One visit and Im an instant big fan! Even from the outside, this place - with well chosen outdoor seating, a hip name, and hip lighting - transcends the ho-hum shopping mall which is its home. Inside, you feel youve stepped into an ultra cool lounge. A sit down bar is a central focus, with grand, gorgeous swoopes of curved wood overhead. Upbeat music plays, but doesnt intrude. The place oozes cool. Waiter knew menu quite well and - upon request-guided our selections. Pork Ginger dumplings were exceptional, as was the curry laska, which was an enormous bowl of delicious coconut infused broth brimming with chicken, shrimp, broth-style noodles and lots of fresh, gently steamed vegetables, all with enough heat to make you take notice, but not uncomfortably so! I will definitely return to CO.

Ate here with my 4 yr old today. Terrible experience with service and food. First the hostess had no clue where to seat a child. We sat on a very tall open booth where I had to have a arm around the little one to keep him from falling and breaking his nose or something. We ordered dumplings for little guy and Vietnamese ramen for me. Dumplings were so spicy the kid just cried after one bite and the waiter knew the dumplings was for the kid since he ordered it. The ramen was straight out of a box. The broth was soooo salty it made me gag. The server confirmed the noodles are from a box. I love Futo Buta and was hoping for similar food a bit closer to home. This was such a disappointment. I dont recommend for anyone, definitely not if you have small children.

CO, gets a Standing O!!! I have never Yelped, I have never reviewed, but I have always wanted to try this place because this is my kinda food - Thai, Vietnamese, Sushi, etc. Must Try is Curry Laksa (Just read Food Critic reviews on it and there are many, trust their word, not mine). Jersey and Lemon Rolls are made to perfection. Small Plates, Salmon Carpaccio! Oh yeah, and ask for Brandon best waiter I have ever had in my live. This place beats Thai Taste, Monsoon, Lang Van, etc. Even Sushi restaurants like Ru Sans, Pisces, Red Ginger, Enso, or Room 112 never left me with as good of a Foodie High lift off as Co. Its kinda like a low key BAKU. Jst go to CO!

Fresh ingredients. Delicious full-bodied broth in the beef pho. The green papaya salad was refreshing. Salmon carpaccio and yellowtail sashimi were fresh and clean. Curry laksa was amazing! Generous portions well-worth it! Excellent service. Sherry was an attentive server and made fabulous recommendations to make our dining experience delightful. Dining room is on the darker side. Gorgeous tree in the middle of the restaurant reflects a zen-like feel and simple modern decor. There is private outdoor patio seating. Childrens menu available. They DO NOT take reservations.

We got ours to go......The worse PHO Ive ever had. My husband and I have eaten at a lot of pho restaurants, there is nothing authentic about this pho. But the meatballs in the pho werent bad. It was the wrong noodles, the sprouts were really brown and chopped. You got like the most pethic excuse few little browned Thai Basil, no lime, no seasoning, both the sauces mixed together, ( like you cant separate them). When getting pho to go I usually receive my rare meat on the side, usually not fully cook in the broth. First and last time we eat from this fake pho spot.

"CO", the sound of the sigh you make when you get home with your takeout and discover that one of the meals for your family isnt in the bag. "CO", the groan of exasperation when you go back to the restaurant and all the hostess can say is "well thats weird" then disappears to the back, never offering an apology. "CO", the resignation of eating three out of four now-cold meals.

Delicious but inconsistent. Ordered lemongrass tofu bahn mi on 3 occasions. The first time was take out and the slaw for this vegetation dish had chicken. The second time was dine-in and it was normal veggie slaw. The third time was take out and they didnt even give slaw. Pehaps its always best to dine-in to ensure the dish is correct.

Small and intimate restaurant with the bar in the middle as sort of the statement piece of the decor. The bartenders were really friendly and the servers were really helpful. I went with friends for restaurant week and it was the best restaurant week deal Id found. The portions were huge and food was really good.

The Korean rice bowl is my favorite, nice and spicy with kimchi and your choice of protein (take a chance on the sweet Korean sausage, its so good). The sushi here is also some of, if not the, best in Charlotte. CO is all around amazing and I swear their prices decreased from what I recall on my first visit.

Our new favorite sushi spot in Charlotte. Trendy but family friendly-enough environment with very friendly service. We split the sushi rolls; the spicy things roll was disappointingly bland, but the fire cracker and spider rolls were some of the best around. The pad Thai was also delicious.

Pretty good asian fusion restaurant. Their pork and ginger dumplings are very delicious. Wings are good. Their ramen is flavorful but doesnt come with a soft boiled egg, rather its hard boiled. Stir fried noodles are ok. Love the decor and drunks are reasonably priced. Would recommend.

We went for lunch and had a great experience. I had the mango summer roll with the peanut sauce, and it was light, fresh, and delicious. The sushi I had for my entree was also tasty. The service was good and the atmosphere was trendy enjoyable. We will definitely be back!
