I eat at this location at least once a week (bad habit, I know). It seems as though every 2nd or 3rd time I go, drive through always misses an item or so from my menu. Ive never frequented a restaurant with such bad issues with missing order items. Tonight was particularly bad in that they missed a steak grilled stuffed burrito in my order, which is a $5 menu item. It was a mistake not to check the bag before I left the restaurant to head home, but I was in a hurry and trying to get back with both dinner for me and my wife. Once I got home, I realized the item was missing and I called back. The guy I spoke with asked me to bring both my food and the receipt with me back to the store and he said hed fix it. I reclaimed the items that my wife had ordered and put it all back in the bag and made the trip back to the restaurant. Upon arrival, I waited up front for a good couple of minutes before someone came up. The restaurant was not busy at all, maybe a few people sitting at a couple of tables in the lobby and one car in drive through. I told the person that I had called about the burrito and they told me to hold on. I waited another few minutes when another person poked their head around the corner, dropped the burrito on the counter and walked off. There was no offer to remake my now going on 40 minute old food (since I had made my original order in drive through). The customer service was terrible. I dont like to complain, but this has been going on for a while and Ive practically given them free money over the past few months thanks to the number of items they have missed in my past orders. This, topped with the complete lack of customer service I experienced tonight, means that I will no longer be going to this restaurant.

Double Chalupas were not double.... charged for it, but far from double. Drink machine not working...did reset and get running. Manager came out and looked at our food... said she would take care of it. Male manager came out and said we had ate most of our food do no way was he refunding or remaking our food. Very slow and rude. Plus they always run out of beef ... so seems like to me management is very poor on keeping stock with food...probably wont return to this one again

The food is average Taco Bell food. However, service can be hit or miss. It takes longer than the usual TB to prepare your order.
