So my buddy and I went sat nite to the newest WOB near the airport, We both had heard good things about it. So we get there and decide to go to the outside part but upstairs. After looking around for a place to sit we decide to just pull up to the bar. There are 2 people behind the bar and one of them gives us a menu to look at. Then the girl behind makes eye contact with me and says " your bartender will be right back", we said ok no big deal. A few seconds later another guy comes to the bar and the same girl looks at him and asks what he will have and proceeds to give him a beer. I was astounded, I looked at my buddy and he said that maybe he should get up a re-approach the bar. So needless to say we got up and left. I found it unbelievable that in a matter of minutes that one person could tell a patron your bartender will be back and then turn around and serve another patron right in my face. Its a shame because I love WOB but we went to the Brick house and were treated properly and we spent a good chunk of change there. SO cheers to your horrible customer service. If i were you I would have a conversation with your entire staff in particular the girl with dark hair with a blond streak in it, she needs to learn to acknowledge all patrons and not to cherry pick who she wants to serve.

In town from Virginia for a football game and passed this place on our way to the hotel - HAD to stop because of the name and it looked like a fun, new place to try. Scoped out the menu before we arrived. Food was good (wings werent as hot as we wanted, but tater tot nachos were AMAZING!). We actually learned the kitchen may have forgotten to put sauce in our wings which may have contributed to our disappointment. We were too hungry to realize it I guess! Just thought they were weak. My husband had a flight of beers and really enjoyed each of them. The variety was great too! I loved the mixed draught choices. Wish we could come back and try more of their food. Their staff was awesome too (our server Jasmine and the manager Jason). Very helpful, friendly, and personable. Atmosphere is great too!

First time here, we were sitting at the bar. Great beer selection, cocktails. Fun atmosphere, young crowd, lots of TVs. Service for us was excellent! Emily and a guy bartender (sorry, no name!) were super friendly, quick, brought us beer samples. We also ordered food- pork schnitzel and fish and tots. Schnitzel was good, very generous portion, fish and tots although good, just 3 small pieces, not enough for a somewhat hungry guy ( my bf). I feel like if you sit outside , you will get lesser service , not as fast but at the bar area no complaints. Definitely will be coming more. Oct 29,2016

Was not sure about this place when I walked in but the chicken street tacos were deceptively good. The menu did not make them sound so good in fact the menu made them sound like they might be made from the same material as the menu to me. I can confirm they are very tasty and good. This place was slammed. They had a great selection of beer on tap and a huge selection of beer in bottles. My only complaint is they could not bring them quickly enough. The bar staff was not terribly friendly in fact they seemed to ignore everyone who walked in until taking their order that sat at the bar anyways.

Was left standing at the front door for 10 minutes with waitresses everywhere (less than half the tables were in use) and no hostess in sight. We had to stop a passing waitress to ask to be seated. The first server she asked to help us decided she wasnt going to so she got another. The 2nd waitress was really nice but made no attempt to ask how we were doing after ordering or receiving our food. We wanted more drinks but she was nowhere to be found. The food was decent but overall service was terrible.

Ilma was an AMAZING waitress from start to finish. She accommodated every need that I had from start to finish. She had great recommendations from the food pairings with my beer to letting me know what I should try next. She offered multiple options for a great customer experience from being able to change our table with our growing party. Ilma is the BEST and I will remain a life long world of beer goer because of the fantastic service I received

They have two levels, down stairs is typical WoB. Upstairs has much to be desired, the person who designed the building did not but much thought into which way the building should face. When you are upstairs there is a wonderful view of the highway, which is ugly and depressing. The bar is small like a mini bar. If the owners would add palm trees or other foliage I am sure the upstairs would be a little more pleasant.

My friend and I didnt have the opportunity to ask for a beer because our server immediately said she was busy and if we wanted a beer off the app we had to get it ourselves. She later recanted when her tables left. We then went downstairs and waited 2x while the staff chatted at the other end of the bar..... it was not busy at all and with service like this I can see why. #shoutouttowestchaseWOB

Great place. Big beer selection (obviously). Marked off a star for space and service. Went twice and when it was busy, there werent nearly enough places to sit. As for service, when we went for lunch, it was great. However, when it was busy, we didnt see our waitress for very long periods of time...long enough where most of us started walking up to the bar to order ours.

Very hip & trendy. The food is good. Its also super crowded on a daily basis. Im more of a dive bar person, this place is definitely NOT a dive bar. Bc of its location its a happening place for after work drinks. Theres not always available parking bc so many people go! If you love busy atmospheres w a great beer selection & good food check it out... But it isnt cheap.

Awesome General Manager. Awesome staff. Great service and great food! I highly recommend the dry rub chicken wings, the beer brine chicken sliders as well as the Bavarian pretzel. This is the only WOB that I know of that serves food along with their amazing drink selection! If you have not already tried this location, you certainly should!!!! They are AMAZING!!

I havent had this kind of service in a loooong time. My server was ilma and she was the best thing since sliced bread. No exaggeration. She made our group of 6 feel beyond comfortable. She was very professional but still built a solid rapport to make us feel like she was apart of our group. Too bad this review only allows me to rate it 5 stars.
