We go every Tuesday to get a special deal which is 12 sesame bagels for $6.99. Well, we arrived the store a little after eight oclock this evening and we were told they ran out. We ask if we could get a rain check and pick them up tomorrow. A rain check is a common practice to please their customers. The cashier looked at The guy who was doing the inventory for answers. They all seemed not to know what a ran check was. The guy told us nope. We have to come tomorrow and pay with a regular price. Really??. It is not customers fault that the store ran out the sesame bagels. Very bad customer service!

My wife and went to panera on cortez today 9-10-16 and we were very disappointed.I got the new italian sandwich and it was so bad I threw it and the dry pickle away. The old italian was much better. My wife got the fontana chicken panini .The sandwich only had maybe a table spoon of chicken on it. You could all most taste the chicken. What a disappointment. Looks like we will find another place to have lunch.

Im visiting family in the area but am a regular at Panera on 86th & Lex in Manhattan. The Coastal Blvd restaurant is clean, the service good, the food fresh and served hot. Id like to make special mention of Sarah who attended our table and went the "extra mile" in courtesy and helpfulness with smiles and a cheerful attitude. Thank you Sarah, you made our day. Its a combination of a small brass basket and a sandwich shop that has a hip vibe and free WI Fi. If like it more I didnt have to search high and low for a table any time Ive been there. I particularly like the crusty, chewy bread that is served with the grilled roast beef with a bit of horseradish sauce and some tomato soup.

Had the steak panini and broccoli cheddar soup on two seperate occasions. The panini was always spot on, while the soup was great the first day. However, on the second visit the broccoli cheddar soup seemed a bit more bland and very mushy brocilli.

A must for dessert. They have been in business over 23 years, they know what they are doing. Best dessert place Ive eaten at. Heaven in your mouth. I have been here several times. They have some of the most extraordinary tasting deserts.

They are changing the chicken Cesar salad and not in a good way! As of Thursday , May 5th, they will no longer put fresh cheese on the salad. The dried, sprinkled, cheese is what they are using now. So my star now is a One.

Honestly the best place to get yourself some bread and soup.The broccoli cheddar soup is just how I like it its deliciously creamy and chuncki also their portions are fairly large and economic.

Some employees are not friendly. Today I advised one of the ladies, no coffee. She went and got some, but she seem upset. Said thank you to her, and she turned her face and walked away.
