Go here, you will not regret it. Best food & coffee in town. Heres the longer version: As a self proclaimed coffee enthusiast and local, I have frequented most of Ashevilles coffee shops. This one is the best in my opinion. From coffee to a meal, completely on point. A plus, they dont use Counter Culture Coffee. Counter Culture isnt bad at all, but after years of drinking it, and its presence throughout WNC, I found alternatives much better. They use Penny Cup and one other roaster. Penny Cup is local, and my favorite. Try the Acai Bowl or the Avo Toast!

Excellent food, location, and atmosphere. I have been going here for a while and really want to like it. However, the service is abismal,too cool for school hipsters fail at taking simple coffee orders, complete orders are forgotten, and attempts to communicate with staff are futile. Its way over priced to not have the service match the quality of the food. Fix the service and Ill keep coming back.

Fantastic staff and service, beautiful and stylish laid back atmosphere - love the indoor/outdoor patio seating options - best lattes in town (especially the honey lavender latte!) ... oh, and get yourself some avo toast, you wont regret it! As an Asheville local this is my favorite spot in town...

Brunch of avo toast was great! Unfortunately the staff is somewhat clueless and slow.. Delivered our cortados to the wrong table after we had finished our meal and had to wait even longer as they continued to serve other customers before getting us served quickly even after their mistake.

Slow service and overpriced. Bought a mediocre and small cookie for $2.50 which was more expensive than my coffee. The last several times Ive been in, none of the empty tables were clean. The space itself is lovely on the inside and outside and its conveniently located.

Visiting Asheville I came across Liberty through reviews and am not disappointed. On the contrary. Great neighborhood atmosphere. Fantastic quiche. And of course a perfect cup of Americano coffee.
