I really love these doughnuts, but when I was there it was really, really disappointing to me to see a lot of waste there, there was a lot of ones going on the belt that was a little out of shape but was so crispy, and brown looking so I ask the girl what happens to those and she says they go to the thrash, the thrash of all places, and then there was about three dozens or more laying on the floor where they just roll of of the roller and they was still letting them fall while they talk and walk around playing on their phones and laughing with each other, They are a lot of hungry ppl out there and your price wouldnt be so much if they didnt waste so much, I was looking at the price in WalmRt and it was cheaper to let your company bring them here and then I buy them than me make a 2.5 hour trip to buy fresh. Im sure there is a better way to do things .

Did not take Discover despite having a clearly marked sign on the door that they accepted Discover, American Express, Mastercard and Visa. Store looks to be clean and well maintained and the donuts were well received by the office team.

The Hot and Ready sign was lit and was the only reason we ordered the plain glazed. They feel like they came straight out of a fridge instead of just being cooked fresh. Disappointing!!!!!

Service was fast, this location also has a drive-thru. The Krispy Kreme light was on so hot fresh doughnuts.. would recommend although if you have a coupon the price is more affordable.

Drove 40 miles to get my favorite donuts maple glazed and guess what they dont make them in Kingsport what a joke if its advertised it should b made never again very disappointed

This Krispy Kreme location is very new, and in a great location. They have solid WiFi, and its a great place to grab a cup of reasonably-priced coffee and a doughnut.
