An awesome Starbucks with a stellar Team! They are trained on the Mastrena perfectly and make delicious drinks and other tasty treats. The customer service is impeccable. I will be quite frank and say that I was an extremely crabby morning person during my first visit when staying at the hotel, yet they were extremely kind and caring and did their best to make my order right. Seriously these Baristas deserve both a Mug Award and all of the TIPS in Tampa Bay. ~ signed, a bit of a coffee snob.

Its a nice Starbucks, great employees. Its very slow and connected to a hotel so they dont redeem rewards or provide employee discounts which is a bummer otherwise Id go regularly.

Slightly more expensive and the barista wasnt super friendly. It didnt have a lot of foot traffic so I can imagine how annoying thatd be to be at work and not be able to work...
