People are nice. Coffee is great! Just had to comment after reading Jakes comment. I lauged out loud. He had to wait 3 minutes. Good lord, is that a joke? I cant imagine what he does when his mom picks him up 5 minutes late from day care. This coffee shop is near Biltmore people! If you want a smaller line go to Charlotte street or actually just stay in your house. The world wont be as disappointing.

Pretty fast location for being in such a high tourist area. Stopped here before heading on to the Biltmore Estate. We were in fairly quickly even though there was a party ahead of us with like 6 drink orders. Location was clean and well organized. They had seating all around the outside of the building where the windows were as well as seating outside.

a few years ago I would have given this starbucks a 2 because of parking, but they have expanded parking and its not much of an issue anymore. inside this is your classic starbucks with all the caffeine or sugar you can handle. the location is prime, right outside the gates of Biltmore estate. The employees were helpfull and got the order right.

I have been to several Starbucks stores and never seen one as nasty as this one. Restroom were filthy and really couldnt find a clean table to sit at and employees were not at all friendly..... JMHO
