I dont know how they stay in business. Theres never very many customers. The staff follows the manager and are pretty surly. Its not uncommon to get your tray slid across the counter without any interaction. The décor is hideous and the tables are usually grimy. Ive had issues with food quality and didnt get any resolution from the manager. A burger I got was burned to a crisp and apparently I didnt understand that was how it was supposed to be. Forget the juicy patty you see on TV. I wouldnt recommend this place.

I got very aggravated they all saw me there but it took them 15 minutes to actually come and take my order and then I wasnt even finished taking my order so I had to wait almost 10 minutes for the cashier to come back and then as I left I had to run back inside because they didnt give me my complete order

Worst burger King ever. Wendy the manager is awful. I got a 10 piece nugget, they only gave me 9 nuggets. When I asked for my missing nugget, Wendy proceeded to argue with me at length over a single nugget and refused to give me it. No wonder shes still a Burger King manager a decade later.

Very clean location with great staff. During a recent visit they mistakenly forgot one of my cookies. I called and asked about it and they put my name on a list to receive free cookies on my next visit. Great customer service.

Tiffany at the counter was polite and efficient. The manager Sue seemed very stressed and bothered and made comments that should have been kept to herself.
