Service was very slow and the woman at the counter had a very difficult time with each groups order, even though English was her first language. It took 20 minutes to get my order with only 2 groups ahead of me. By the time I left, customers were lined up all the way out to the parking lot, yet the restaurant still did not open up a second cash register.

Just ordered two 20 piece. Got two 10 piece nuggets instead. No receipt. Rude service. Previous time my order was skipped and cleared, had to ask for it 30 min after realizing everyone else was getting theirs. Always "new" staff. Always poor service. Im local to this area and I am not ever going back to BK. I rather drive to woodstock.

Bathroom wasnt the cleanest but the location is off of the interstate. Its probably fairly difficult to keep up with the traffic. Food was VERY fresh. Pretty cool inside. They have an outdoor play area for kids at this location as well
