Came in few days before, service was good, I ordered a whopper with cheese, with mayo, lettuce, and onions only. What I received was a crunchy burger, on the 2nd bite it dawned on me. (This is not suppose to be crunching), I looked inside an found bacon on it. I took it back inside with receipt and showed them, they apologized for the error and gave me my correct order... Today they forgot the sauce for my order of mozzarella sticks, then I go to small bag that hersheys sundae pie was in to find no fork, I went back inside and the guy did a doubletake as I came to him, he asked can I help you, I told him sure could use a fork to go along with my pie, he apologized and handed a fork to me.

"Best Burger King Experience Ever" I ended up visiting this location after having had the worst experience I ever at the 21st BK on 11/30/16. Hats off to store manager William! I was greeted by William and his staff with a very welcoming smile. I placed my order and he even offered some suggestions, which I added to my meal. His staff worked on my order. Not only was it done within minutes but also with zero errors. With a smile and a thank you. Thats how you treat customers. Friendly, clean environment makes for a perfect place to have a meal with the family. I recommend it.

Ive eaten here three times on consecutive days (I was working at a site closeby) and the quality of the fries and the sandwiches were consistent each time. Clean, decently fast service, and the staff is attentive. Parking is also available which is a huge plus considering it is right off the I-278 for those emergency bathroom stops. For a BK joint definitely a 5/5.

Love the park across the way. Its makes the view of this place worth it. The food is hot when ready and the soda fountain is self serve. At times its hard to cross the street because of the wide highway, but there are plenty of crosswalks. Watch out for young children crossing the street during the summer months. Great!

I visited from Houston .. This was the best fast food place that Ive visited. The prices were normal and customer service was better than my 4 day experience. I believe people here is so upset with their way of life. Its so complicated here and I cannot wait to get back to Houston. Goodbye NY

A fast food restaurant that offers veggie burgers and hot fries gets five stars in my book. Close to the main roads and highways, the place can draw a crowd, but the renovated open space has plenty of seating to keep it from getting cramped. Clean and organised. Fast, friendly service

My goto place when Im craving fast-food. They seem to get the order correct most of the time. I dislike how they prioritize the drive thru versus the eat in customers. Thats probably the only reason why eat in is crowded when the drive thru is bombarded with customers.

Burger King continues to test some wild food options, and I can appreciate the experimentation. Though I feel like the burgers have fallen off a bit. The flame broiled flavor doesnt seem to come through anymore. This particular location is spacious, and clean.

This is the stupidiest place Ive ever seen. At night if you are more than one in the car in the drive thru and you want more than one order you have to go around for each order. They dont take more than one order at the same time from the same car. Weird!!!

Most everything here is surprisingly delicious and bigger in portion than you would think. Try their wings, one of my favorites. Also their burgers. For about $10-15, you can get away with a very satisfying meal. A real gem to the Fresh Meadows area!

Clean bathrooms and VERY polite, *professional* pleasant staff for the five or six times I have visited so far. (Whoever trains the employees here does an amazing job!) If you use their smartphone app, they usually have some really great coupons!

Bigger burger King of its kind of fast food establishments. Newly renovated and alot of seating. Place has fast service anytime of the day you go there. Located on Astoria Blvd right near the triboro Bridge and bqe entrance.

Very nice place. They have wide parking space, nice people and quiet atmosphere. Theres a guy whos always cleaning the store he works really hard and made me have a meal in really clean space. So nice :)

Excellent staff-5 stars.Only 1 bathroom working,1 is out of order.By the time I finally got in and out my FOOD was COLD.I hope the Debbie the owner tells the manager to fix this.

Usually fast food fare. The prices are okay. The burgers are flame broiled. Try the veggie burger. YUMMY. I also like the coke floats. Onion rings are good. Staff is friendly.

Like every other Burger King. Staff at night are nice but around closing time they start closing off sections of the store, so not every seating area is available.
