went to this diner thursday March 3rd.. was with my best friend went for lunch around 2ish the waiter was great BUT there was this guy and his daughter behind us in a booth, they were talking LOUD IN SPANISH [dont know why they talk so damn loud] on the phone "FaceTime " which was so rude and annoying. When my friend and I went to pay the bill we told the manager How annoying and loud they were, which heard and said nothing. So when we told him He put his arms up in the air and said...... I an not getting involved I try to make everyone happy unless you find it anoying!!! HELLO WE WERE NEXT TO THEM. IF you were WHITE and making the noice he would have said something. I do not go to a place were I have to feel that my RACE is an issue or live with these 3rd world class people who dont know anything about respect or manners for other people. dont get back with any of your concers or comments, it happened to me and that was the way it was

I dont know who is reviewing this diner as good, decent or great, it is horrible and expensive. We decided to go here because of the good reviews. We were seated quickly and our order came fast. The Soda I ordered was very flat. My wife and I ordered the french onion soup. Normally french onion soup is very hot, this was mildy warm and extremely salty. After a couple of a spoonfulls, the salt made us feel like were stranded in the middle of the ocean. We ordered the greek salad chicken wrap. It came full of old iceberg lettuce, a half of a baby tomatoe and practically no dressing. Ive had better wraps that sat in a fridge on college campuses. We got disgusted and just wanted to leave after a few bites. Our waiter took 20minutes to get our check from the time we asked him, we know this because we wanted to catch a movie. Im not cheap, but the bill came to 30 dollars for 2 soups, a chicken wrap, and 2 sodas. Never again.

i have placed many orders and ate in the dinner with them before never had a problem even when there was a mistake they were quick to respond and make it right i understand if you are busy but if someone orders something and you make a mistake and then i ask for you to correct the problem (i had ordered a chocolate milkshake and got a vanilla ) and you dont thats not good service especially when you admit to making the mistake ....you get many orders for delivery im sure and could have easily sent out a drive with a chocolate milkshake but you were unwilling to do so i just wanted what i ordered (not some credit or extra food im not going to eat) i wont be ordering from you again

Food was okay. Nothing special. Service was kinda a down side in my opinion. I ordered a hot turkey sandwich with mashed potatoes and gravy and I received a cold turkey club with French fries and coleslaw. Many of the servers dont speak much English so they assign numbers to much of the menu but it is poorly executed as both the hot turkey sandwich and cold turkey were both labeled with a "1." So when he asked me if I wanted a 1 I confirmed that I did and even pointed to the menu but it was still mixed up. I would revamp the menu and separate it into categories and then come up with a numbering system that doesnt cause confusion.

Went here with my wife for breakfast. The place was clean and not overcrowded. We were seated immediately in a nice booth. The menu was a typical diner menu with typical prices. The service wasnt bad, but wasnt particularly special, either. My wife ordered a wrap that came without its cheese and their solution was to take it back and slap on an uncooked, unmelted slice of cheese. The side of home fries was huge. Not much more to say, really. I would go back, but its not some place that I will look to go to.

Had the buffalo burger and it was big, juicy, and delicious. Ordered it deluxe and only got two tiny little onion. Very disappointed. Three stars because of that and we had one waiter come and say he will take our order and never did. Second guy finally came over after a decent wait. Food did come out much faster than expected since we were a group of 7. Others ordered pancakes and they were gigantic. One person had a salad and said the lettuce didnt taste super fresh.

We live in Great Neck, but make a point of eating at the Majestic when we are shopping in the area. The place is very well run, so we always have a good experience here. They truly aim to please: The food is good and plentiful (always some left over to take home), and the service is friendly and attentive. But, when the place is busy--as it often is--the parking is tight. Otherwise, cant be beat.

Pleasant server when he came around! (Which wasnt often!) Buttermilk Pancakes tasted like sour milk bisquits! Wayyyyy over priced! $14 for 3 pancakes! In the words of Pedro; You never sausage a place! Which brings me to the sausage links, Run! Or you will be running to the Bathroom! Overall I gave this dive a 2 star rating! I wouldnt recommend or ever eat here again!

The owners (SUCK BIG TIME) if you dont know they are the former owners from the (SILVER STAR DINER IN FRANKLIN SQUARE) they always have bugs ETC: in the kitchen and the cooks do not wear no hair nets or hats to control there long gresey hair DISGUSTING the owners name MR M- & his son his Phil no PERSONALITY WHAT SO EVER DONT GO PLS

Cool place to visit. The menu is enormous, the staff is gracious and fun even at 4:00 am in the morning! They have everything you could ever want and the specials are on point. They give you a lot of food. I would give them a better rating but the last few times I went the food quality was not the same.

Honestly this diner has such a chill and laid back vibe even when busy. It never fails every time plus the breakfast is so good. Every time Ive come here everyone was nice, kind and calm. Its the best place to come for breakfast/brunch hands down. Having breakfast as I write this review.

Service was good. Too large portions for lunch. Looked good, no flavor. Literally hundreds of items on full menu. Dozens on lunch insert. Wanted to try great looking deserts, but suspected they had same malady. Recommend to reduce menu, reduce portions, reduce price, add flavor.

Horrendous service, mediocre food...how the mighty have fallen! Went for breakfast. Ordered well done homefries. What did I get? RAW POTATOES! Didnt see the waiter again until I got up to leave!! Too many other diners in the area to suffer through this treatment!
