Lapin and I made came here on Saturday for a quick breakfast. The diner had tons of parking available even super late in the morning. We waited a bit to be seated but the place wasnt packed. It was mostly because there was one person handling the bills on one side of the entrance and on the other side a hostess was seating patrons. We probably just missed her so we had to wait for a bit. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive. The food was pretty much on par for any other diner. Lapin ordered french toast, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, orange juice (a bit small for the price) and coffee cause he was just nibblish. I ordered french fries, scrambled eggs, toast platter. Our food took a bit of time to come but they came out warm. The bathrooms were decently clean which was nice.

Went here last night after going to a bar. Typically I been to this place during the day I always recommend people to visit your establishment if they ever are visiting Freeport. But after last night Ill make sure for them to not go at night. I have never met such a rude disgusting hostess in my life. As soon as we walked in all she said was "the kitchen closes at 2AM so try to hurry it up" sat as down and didnt even greet us. She then proceed to sit down at a table and began to flirt w other guest. I guess because we werent her type she felt as if we werent good enough to eat there.

This is a great diner. Its spacious, clean, newly-renovated and has a giant menu. So expansive, in fact, that I couldnt find my favorite diner meal, the patty melt, but the waiter had no problem taking the order. The food arrived quickly and was perfectly cooked. Requested condiments were delivered promptly and when we got ready to leave the waiter helped us refill our water bottles with iced water for the bike ride back to Brooklyn. We certainly found the best diner in Freeport, and one that rivals the many dozens Ive had the pleasure to visit over the past 60 years.

Went for lunch on a Sunday, and there was a little bit of a wait, but not too bad. The greeter and person taking us to our table were lively and accommodating, but our server seemed less into his job. However, the food was delicious and reasonably priced. It also came with cole slaw and a pickle on the side for everyone, reminiscent of a deli or sandwich shop. I had the Venice Beach Platter with a Salmon Burger, and I was surprised how delicious the Salmon Burger was. They also had a huge selection of pies for dessert. Worth a try.

Of all the diners in the area this one is our favorite. Food is very flavorable. I often find other places fries, eggs, etc are rather tasteless or just too salty. They have wonderful desserts, especially the 3 layer rainbow cake that comes as cake slices. Extremely busy Sunday but most restaurants are. The host who seated us was super sweet & organised. He was also dressed to the nines, so I suspect he takes pride in his position there. Thanks for the eye candy Imperial.

I visit there possibly 1-2 a week. This evening I went to pick up my take out order... The cashier helped someone who walked up after me as if I was invisible... The hostess asked me a question n walked away while I was in mid sentence...i told the waitress that bought out my food that there was suppose to be a piece of cake to she asked the hostess as if I was lying. Usually have a good experience but was mad enough to walk out...

Our food wasnt bad. Just plain, nothing special. The most horrific thing was there lack of spicy fries: like curly or waffle. They did have waffle fries, but they were plain and boring. Our waiter, Dominic, a cool red haired guy, was the best. He was friendly, accommodating and worked with what foods we chose to make us happy. A Long Island diner should have seasoned city or waffle fries. It sacrilege to not have them.

Good, friendly dinner to visit any time of day. The staff is friendly and the food is well made. Ive come for breakfast / lunch and dinner and the food is always good and accompanied with great service. As it is a dinner, you can expect breakfast, lunch and dinner to be served at any time of day. They offer take out as well as curb pickup and have a full bar at their disposal. I will definitely be coming back!

This is the nicest diner Ive ever been to honestly. The front alone is so beautiful with tons of different colored flowers, a little waterfall. Its so nice. Service was great, drinks were great, meals are a teensy bit on the expensive side but dear God the food was delicious. Very cozy and casual but you can totally dress up a bit for the night. I wish I had room for dessert, its like a whole other world

If you like just about anything, this is not your ordinary "diner experience," except possibly with the exception of the good company make good memories that diners are morally obligated to have since time and memorial. Unbelievable dessert that no diabetic should ever lay eyes on. Well run and busy, but unbelievable diner.

The food was great the service was ahh so-so. But that may have been because we were a party of 15. Did I mention the food was great especially the cheesecake. Also, the hostess cant recall her name right now but she was awesome, she did everything in her power to seat us comfortably. Did I mention the cheesecake

This hot spot is my Saturday morning "go to" for breakfast. I love the egg white omelettes that are prepped to your liking. The menu is VAST-- And most of the choices are really good... The staff is very pleasant; especially the young man that seats the patrons-- All in all go! Youll be pleased you did♡

The food was not bad. The prices were. First time eating at a diner that charges for refills! Ive been to numerous diners in Long Island, upstate and New Jersey & never been charged for a refill on an ice tea. Service was not bad. But it definitely is one of the most expensive diners Ive been to.

Ive never been here before. restaurant is very very clean. I got a western omelette and it was rather dry and tasteless. Coffee was great , service was great. Maybe next time Ill get something different. Being clean is big in my book and I will come back just for that.
