As a taco bell, this is probably one of the lowest quality ones in the area. I dont really get why, maybe because of its proximity to a huge bargain department store, but the store is always dirty, many of the employees dont seem to care about their job, and it is a hangout for some sketchy patrons. Going through the drive through is okay, but Id recommend not going inside.

Your average Taco Bell. Theres a lot of seating but the seats are crazy small and kind of uncomfortable, they dont fit the serving trays very well. The staff is always really nice and the bathrooms are single room so thats cool. Drive-thru is usually insanely slow so if it looks busy its better to go inside.

Ok call me crazy but I love Taco Bell. I love pretty much everything about it, from the little packets of hot medium or mild sauce to the nice friendly people behind the counter. My mom prefers Chipotle, which is on this same road, closer to the university.

Service was quick, food was fine, but the new chairs are awful. Like sitting on an old church pew. I ate quick at left. If they are trying to shorten the time people stay, they succeeded.

At this point the only taco bell I bother with since the one in JC always mess up my order. Always pleasant and you never mess up the order. Two bonuses that keep me coming back!

I love the ithaca taco bell always get it right but this one in vestal never make good tacos they always lack the sauces and the extras I get I get charged for but dont get them
