Usually very good. Not tonight! Our waitress, CJ is terrific as a magician, she constantly disappeared. It took forever to get our food, she was too busy talking to the only other 2 customers she had. When they finally left, she was gracious enough to get our food. She put down our plates and said, enjoy! Then Houdini disappeared! We were supposed to get coleslaw with our dinner, well, we didnt. I kept looking for her to ask for the coleslaw, mind you, there were only 2 other tables besides ours, but CJ only had our table. Lucky us! About 3/4 through our meal she came over and asked how everything was. We were supposed to get coleslaw with our dinner. She never apologized, but she did get the coleslaw. Then she gave us the bill and guess what? She disappeared again. My husband needed a container for the remainder of his meal. We finally got the attention of the only other waitress there. She made us feel as if we were bothering her.

I am a waitress and my husband is a chef. We are picky when it comes to food and service. Perry Restaurant hit it out of the park. Its your typical diner fare. We had breakfast. Omelette, breakfast sandwich and French toast. All eggs were cooked perfectly. Coffee was hot. Food was tasty. But above all the service was phenomenal. I can honestly say I have not had such great service since moving to PA over a year ago.

Staff very friendly. Quick services, but food sub par. Rolls were very very hard and stale. Cheese on top of French onion soup,burnt.shrimp combo, not much taste,overcooked. Meatloaf and potatoes were decent. Large enough portions Locals seem to like it

Its a great little diner! The service there is excellent and you dont wait long for your food. The prices are also very reasonable. Its so popular, its tough to get in on a Sunday morning/early afternoon.
