Ive eaten at the Flemington Panera on multiple occasions and more often than not Ive been disappointed with either food or service. First, prices have sky rocketed, if you buy a pick two plus drink, its almost $10. Ten dollars for a skimpy half a sandwich a small soup and fountain soda? And the half sandwich is barely a half by most deli standards. At my local deli I would get a 6" sub and a drink for way less money and leave full, not hungry. The Flemington Panera is always dirty. Ive never seen anyone come around to wipe down or clean tables. Who wants to sit down to eat at a dirty table? Gross. Do they ever sweep the floor during the day? There is not enough staff. Ive gone in during busy times and there is just one person taking orders, a long line of customers waiting. Why? Because theyre too cheap to pay enough staff to be there. I have eaten at other Panera locations and none of them had the issues above, which leads me to believe that the Flemington Panera is poorly managed.

Some of the earlier reviews of Panera in Flemington are negative because of dirt, poor service, etc. we certainly felt that way a year or so ago, but theyve really improved drastically. OK, sometimes they get an order wrong, but they always fix it cheerfully, and they are much, much better than they used to be at this. We find it a good place to get reasonably good food at reasonably good prices, reasonably quickly and consistently. If thats what youre looking for, give it a try. They do need to do more work on the user interface in the new kiosks, though. They should look at it from the point of view of a new user, and make it more intuitively obvious.

Good Food Fast. You cant beat great tasting food that is free from all of the chemicals that are found in most quick service restaurants. The broccoli cheddar soup and mac n cheese are awesome. Try one with a half sandwich by choosing the You pick two. The salads are delicious and they are a meal in themselves. When we are on the go, we like stopping at Panera for breakfast occasionally too. Much higher quality food than Dunkin or McDonalds etc. for maybe $1 more. This location usually is not too crowded but you can order from a kiosk if the line is long. We have done this several times and the food arrives fast.

3rd time ordering from this place. The first time the completely forgot to add my chicken to the dish. I had to get a manager on the phone but she did say she would fix it my next visit. My next visit was correct. Went again to there and they forgot the chicken AGAIN! thankfully the person picking up our food checked it before he left the store. Went back again today and there is so little chicken in the dish its laughable. Officially avoiding this place. Its a shame too since Panera Bread has good food but I guess not all Panera Bread locations are made the same.

I enjoy grabbing a quick bite at Panera Bread and for the most part the workers are polite and friendly. Not the first impression when I walked into this one. The cashier was quite rude. Then in the back you hear a young women possibly a manager, yelling at a worker to sign out. She kept repeating it loudly, as she walked behind the older worker. I dont know what that may have been about but not what customers should be prevy to. I will say the location is kept clean.

Dined in and used the kiosk to order. I love skipping the line and getting a seat quickly! This place is always busy but always friendly staff and generally clean. Salads are great and the kiosks let you customize it so you can add more cheese or add spinach. Recommended to anyone who likes Panera or healthy options. I hope they bring back the butternut squash ravioli!

We asked for Hot chocolate with no marshmallows as we are vegetarian. The cup said everything we ordered. But when I had finished almost the whole cup, found marshmallows in the hot chocolate and when I called to complain, there was no apology. The manager said she will inform the staff. Thats all...

Over priced not enough meet on the sandwich and all Bread I do not know why people going there all frozen soup you can go to and local deli and get butter food I guess you pay for the name what is so healthy about frozen soup and lot of bread

A limited table service of hand delivery of you foods. You make your own hot coffee or tea. Quite a pleasant experience with easy self order system but it is too small, not user friendly. Crews are friendly.

I tried to use Panera Gift cards on several occasions but the Flemington store keep refusing to accept them, siting various issues. I am going to complain to the Corporate office about this.

Usually do the pick 2. Good vegetable soup and salads. Wait staff is attentive and managers are available if needed. I eat here at least 2 time/wk and have always gotten my $s worth!
