This is a new place that opened not too long ago that serves a pizza type very common in SI: thin, cracker crust pizza. Its got a great location not far from the ferry, its decor are classic, and the people working here are nice and hard working like most of the good pizza places in Staten Island. Furthermore, this place was opened by a former employee of Joe & Pats, which is another older pizza place of the same type. While this is definitely solid pizza, I have to give the nod to the original. Like Joe & Pats, the crust is cracker thin with no rise to it, with a bright, flavorful tomato sauce and good cheese. The main difference here is that Joe & Pats is more balanced. They used too much mozzarella here, and even though it was good quality, I much wouldve preferred more of the delicious tomato sauce. Also the crust here was not as firm as the original, but this was minor even though it was the result of there being less char. These are two very similar pies, but you have to know how to make your individual ingredients shine as well as the whole; I think Joe & Pats did a better job in this regard. However, Im sure some will disagree as my issues are somewhat subjective, and besides that this is still solid pizza thats unique and well worth a short walk from the ferry.

Excellent food, sports bar volume level. The arugula salad was excellent as was the pizza pie, a thin crust affair reminiscent of Lees Tavern. Excellent table service. I sat in the dining room and had trouble understanding the people seated across from me. The volume of the sports patrons at the bar was considerable. Worth a visit, would come again. Not a choice for a quiet dinner and conversation. Great place to feed on good eats or watch a Rangers game.

Definitely the best pizza in this part of Staten Island. Their garbage pie is out of this world good. Decent amount of seating but if something is going on during the weekend expect to get there a little earlier if you want a table. In a borough of some fine pizza you can do better elsewhere but not by much and not unless you want to travel another 20 minutes away.

Honestly my favorite place on Staten Island to eat and to drink. Pizza is awesome. The staff is always friendly and easy to talk to. The beer selection is great and they always have $2 pints. Great place to watch the game or just drink with some friends. Also super convenient location.

Noisy place...... Food was fair Too bad the girl that works the pizza counter cannot say thank you after you patronize the business,,,,,,wonders why I tip her ZERO. Overall this place needs to be condemned...I am sorry to say.

Really terrific thin crust pie and fresh rolls & calzones. Takes a few minutes more, but absolutely worth it. Great part of Saint George. The bar scene there isnt really for me, but seems like lots of other people dig it.

How on earth does this place have a decent rating? Subpar pizza, terrible overpriced drinks/wine and a menu of regular store-bought, uninspired offerings leave you wondering how this place has enough business to stay open

Besides no flavor to anything I ordered since the sauce and dough started off bland, delivery took almost double the quoted time to the point I needed to call in. Should of just returned the food.

It is not Joe and Pats but close. I was there before a show at ST George and it was mobbed could have had something to do with level of quality. The Pizza was good just not up to the level
