Went with a few friends last night and had just about the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant yet. The food was amazing, as usual but never in all my life have I been treated with such disrespect by a waiter that goes by the name of "Richard". I am home from school and decided to grab dinner with a few friends before I go back. Not to mention I go to school for hospitality so I understand when a restaurant gets busy, but the service that Richard gave us was just unacceptable given the circumstances. The night started fine being seated within 10-15 minutes of a walk-in. We were then seated at a table that smelled like vomit and asked for another table but the restaurant was full so we decided to make no fuss and the smell subsided so we sat at that table anyways without a problem. After our order was taken, Richard came back 5 minutes later asking for our order again because he "forgot". We retold him and he failed to ask me if I wanted anything to drink so I had to yell at him as he ran away that I wanted a Corona. After our order was taken our food came out pretty fast being the rush had went down and there were only a few tables seated in the restaurant. When the food came out we were each given our dinners by different people 10 minutes apart. One order was completely wrong so they went back to the kitchen to fix it and completely forgot until Richard came back an hour later without even asking how everything was to realize that one entree never even came. At that point we no longer wanted it and sent it back to a woman who seemed to have some authority over the restaurant so we told her how horrible the service was and she apologized and then was to never be seen again. We never heard back from her and then Richard came back about another hour later and not once apologized about the forgotten entree. Not to mention all we got were wings!! We asked for the check which took another 20 minutes and we were ready to pay for our food and get out, at that point we were just aggravated after waiting so long we all just decided to get up and pay at the register at the front. Finally Richard ran over and said he will take it, rung up our food and then came back and said a comment "Dont forget to not leave a tip and write a nasty note" and then proceeded to say "This was just as horrible of an experience for me as it was for you." And pretty much got in my friends face, WHO WAS A GIRL!!! At that point we all took our tips (which was about 4 dollars combined) out of the check and walked out. Needless to say, I will never be back and Richard was as rude as a waiter could possibly be. I dont know how someone could get away with treating paying customers in such a manner of disrespect. I have been there several times before this and after that service, I will not be back. Absolutely disgusting the way we were treated and all the hostesses watched, as well as the woman who seemed to have authority who apologized earlier in the night, and all turned a head and said nothing. Great service!

Went for dinner with a friend to try out the latest pizzeria to open up in town. The restaurant, 2 Senza, used to be in this spot. Anyway, the food was decent, but the service was pretty bad. My friend and I waited for what seemed like a long time, though it probably was only a minute or two, for the host to finish his conversation about fishing with some guy, who was not even there to eat or work. It was a pretty rude in my opinion, especially for first impressions. The place was full of patrons. The menu is pretty sparse, but good. Pizza and salads mostly. There is a bar that seats about 6 people. It was full as well. Anyway, we ordered a salad and a pizza, and our server forgot to bring the salad. I had to ask for it, after the people who got seated after us, received their salad. So, ours came out with our pizza. The server offered to cook us another pizza, in order to eat the salad first, and then get a fresh pie later. Which was something, but we were f-ing hungry, so we just ate everything at once. The food was good. Enjoyed it with a glass of wine. For what it is worth, my friend did not like it at all. She would probably give it less stars. It probably did not help her opinion after she slipped on ice and almost fell on the concrete on our way out. When I gave the host (the courtesy of) a heads up about the ice, he seemed pretty aggravated that I was bothering him. What a dick, now that I think about it... Maybe I will go back, maybe not. There are at least 3 other new pizzerias in town that I will try before returning.

Food - This is a dedicated gluten free pizza place, so its quite a treat for myself! The two pies we got there were SO GOOD, it was unbelievable! I have had celiac for 5 years now, and have been to most of the GF pizza places in NYC since they started popping up. This place is the first NJ gluten free pizza place that has good GF crust and tasty pizzas choices like the ones Ive had in NYC. I got the Buffalo Pie, which was so good, especially dipped in blue cheese. My girlfriend isnt GF but she wanted to try the pizza as well, so we each shared a small pie. Now granted GF people only get the small pie choice when ordering which is con, but they need to keep costs down so its understandable. Service- Our waitress was really great, she was warming and very prompt. Just a side note, the place wasnt packed. So you never know what might happen when waiters start getting into the weeds. Price- A little bit expensive all around

Good food and atmosphere terrible mangement. I was a regular here until I was insulted one to many times. Calling in the morning to reserve a table for a large party only to be told upon arrival my call did not guarantee a table, being told the next table would be ours only to watch others seated in our stead. I reached out by phone and email in the hopes of resolving the issue only to get a hollow email reply from "Fred Lonardo Area Director" and no return call. I have black listed the place and have told the numerous friends I once reccomended to Tommys that I no longer go there. There are just to many choices of pizza places, I dont need to be treated like crap at Tommys. Burned in Middletown

Top notch pizza! Service was great and quick. We went in with our two toddler aged kids and they immediately gave them crayons and a fun placemat. Big points for us! We didnt know if the large pizza would be enough for the 4 of us so I ordered a lunch special- eggplant rollatini with a small salad. You could choose from any of the entree salads so we picked the arugula with shaved cheese and artichokes and lemon vinaigrette. Yum to everything!! Only downside was that we sat inside to start and our eyes started burning from the coal fire oven. They we very apologetic and had no problem moving us outside, even saying they were working to fix it. We will definitely got back.
