I had an ok experience at this location. I went in was greeted and asked what I would like to order. After placing my order I realized I didnt have my wallet so I tried to pay with Samsung Pay. The cashier tells me that quote "we dont take that". I responded to her that "indeed you do take this". At that point her manager came over and said they can do it. I spent the next 5 minutes with them figuring out how to get it to work. In the end they got it to work and I paid for my order. I would have gived them 4 stars in not for that experience. As an organizational imperative more companies need to train their employees on new technology and how to use it. It will not only help to make things easier for them but also to increase their sales. In my case if this location didnt take my form of payment I would have just left without the food and be much less likely to frequent Popeyes in the future.

I love Popeyes in general but this Popeyes is not the best location to visit. This is because Customer service is very poor. Everybody in this store has some kind of attitude. And dont get me started when you ask for extra Sauce or gravy for mash potato (which you have to pay for). I ordered a large mash potato and asked for some extra gravy and the employee removed the gravy part of my mash potato and put dry mash potato in it. Then he put the gravy in a very small container. Which wasnt much from the gravy I already had as the original amount. The Popeyes on 167 hillside avenue Jamaica gives extra gravy and extra Sause at no cost!!!! Sorry for the ranting but I did not have a good experience here.

Before you judge, the 4 stars is not for the buffet, its for the dim sum brunch. Mind you that I never really liked going to buffets until my co-workers mention the crazy deal thats been crowding this place during lunch time: 9am - 4pm Mondays - Fridays: Small to Large plates are $1.75 Saturdays - Sundays: Small to Large plates are $2.50 NO tips or service charge o_o Its. So. Cheap. Can it actually be edible? Yes it can! And it tastes pretty decent too. The rice rolls, the fried shrimp balls, they all tastes.... normal. And theres really good Almond Tofu dessert too. Why? Why is it so cheap?!?!?

Love the chicken here, always very well cooked the sides are tasty and they seem to always come up with something new which I love, the place itself is very clean , i went in there the other day and while waiting (which did not take long ) noticed floors underneath counters were very clean, the staff overall i think "looks mean" but are not, i always chat them up and have them laughing, i dont know what country they are all from but they seem they are all friends and work very good together, good place and food to visit worth it. didnt get all stars because they dont take debit cards.

Wish I could give zero stars They moved really slow and told me the drink wasnt optional, almost forcing me to purchase additional things and then gave away my food after I was told it was mine and then when I asked for a refund they took an extra 5 minutes

They always forget something every time I order. You have to open the box and check that you have every single thing you ordered rather than just opening the bag. I know other people they do this to also. Theyre screw-ups just like the McDonalds over there.

Second time this happened, bought a 10pc got 2 breast 3 thighs 4 leg 1 wing these people cant use there wisdom tried calling they pick up and hang up phone, i live a distance away so it make no sense driving back in the rain poor service

Good Chicken Tenders and Popcorn shrimp but stale chicken. Ordered a 10 pcs for the family and almost all the legs tasted stale like it was there in the morning or day before. I wish there was a KFC there instead.

They NEVER put napkins in the bag. Why should I always have to ask for some dam napkins!!!!! The service is extremely slow, and the cashiers have attitudes. Also I believe, the prices are higher than the otgers

One of the better locations that Ive visited. I believe this may have also been the first Popeyes that Ive ever visited also. The food is great. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait, but overall Id recommend it.

They charge for there sauces 25 cents each , bad business popeyes ! :-( Even if you buy a family meal and short you on chicken if the manager does the order the rest of the staff is well mannered .

Their chicken is fresh, delicious and fried well. All the sides are tasty too. This is the ONLY POPEYES I get my chicken from. The service is also good fast and friendly.

This Popeyes sucks. You do not get any dipping sauces with your chicken. You have to pay extra for it. I rather buy from KFC instead.
