I dont know what happened, the service is usually decent. Took 10 minutes to give my order and I was the only person at the counter, then my biscuit was a hockey puck. I took a bite and it exploded into crumbs all over the table and floor, I did get a fresh one after I brought the crumbs up to show the woman at counter... I like KFC, I hope this one improves to where it was and Ill change rating back to 5.

Clean environment, pleasant place, great service. They have always gotten my order correct. I have been a customer for more than 7 years. I frequent their business at least 4 times a year. They are consistent. If I gave 5 star ratings they would surely have received one.

This is a KFC where they have a vase of fake flowers on each table. They have Keurig machines. Other than that, they make the food the same and charge similar prices.

Womp. Went tonight and the chicken and mashed potatoes needed salt. The coleslaw was dry like it sat for awhile. The biscuits were as hard as hockey pucks.

Ive been coming here for a while. Its the only big chain restaurant in the area. Its very clean and has great service!
