Consistent customer of this place because its the closest popeyes near me and i love popeyes but this place is horrible, lets start with the quality of the chicken, its not as great as the other popeyes chains ive been to. I usually order family meals, the spicy chicken is a joke, barely spicy, and also lacking in taste compared to the mild one. Their sides like colesaw and mash potatoes is ok but the green beans are a joke, the cajun fries taste like the chicken, because they probably put it in the same oil shared with the chicken at least a billion times. Their biscuits can sometimes be too salty, Cajun fish... fish taste like metal or plastic, the breading is too hard and too much, and overwhelms the fish, also falls apart easily. The place and service is fine but the food is bad. Order from another popeyes, the price is not worth it.

It was a long day of work. G said he was good with BK, so BK it was. Convenient and on the way home. I will say, wow is this place busy for a later in the evening stop. I will refrain from saying exactly what my order was, but what I will say is that they did give it to me exactly my way and for that I give this visit a 4 star. The restaurant looked clean and the service was relatively fast considering the amount of people in the restaurant. When my order was ready they bagged it in a plastic bag for me which was really nice. I also asked for barbecue sauce and I was provided at no extra charge. The restaurant was clean and free of debris and the drink station was fully stocked. No complaints, it was prepared correct and I didnt have to cook it. Yay!

No question about the chicken wings I ordered, it was really good.. now, my only complaint is about some workers there that do not follow directions.. i placed an order for 6 chicken wings, 2 other pieces and large fries. When i get home and get ready to eat I realize i am missing my fries for which I paid $4.49 and I was not just going to let that go. So i put my shoes back on and start driving there and when I get there and I show them what they missed no one said I am sorry or offered anything for the inconvinience so I found that very unprofessional and disrespectful. Humans make mistakes it happens but at least apologize. So i got home again and ate my cold wings and fries full of frustration.

I came to this store a few times before when the food was not expensive. I only paid around $ 4.50 including tax to get three piece chicken and one biscuit from the past. Today when I walked into the store and asked for 4 pieces of chicken, I paid $ 7.69 for four pieces of chicken, one biscuit and fries. It was total $ 8.37 with tax. I only wanted chicken, but I felt the staff wanted me to buy an expensive food order. The food is very expensive now. I thought my order included soda, but it didnt. Then when I asked for a soda, they told me the price was $ 2.67, and there was no choice for size.The waiting time was very long. When I got chicken, they gave me mild flavor of spicy flavor.

The workers are nice if tired sometimes, and now that Popeyes got some decent deals going, Im just about a regular here! Love the clean restrooms, too -- and they give quite a bit of heat in the winter time: Im typing this in a T-shirt!! Not crazy about the new-fangled touchscreen drink dispensers, though...serves only one person at a time, and all the menu options make people take waaaaaaayy longer to make a choice; plus, theyre *constantly* out of many options!! Anyway, this is a very good place to go for Popeyes fare: clean, warm, spacious...love love love it!!!

Great customer service. One guy actually seemed to enjoy his job. I waited a while for my order and went to the register to ask if it was ready. The lady told me I was waiting on the blueberry pie and gave me a cup for a drink for being patient. When the food was finally ready, the guy came from around the register and actually walked the food over to where I was sitting. Outstanding!!!! I would highly recommend this site! Not to mention the food was very fresh. Great job guys. Keep it up!

The "restaurant" is filthy, Im sitting behing the burger king manager and evey other word out of his mouth is F-this and MF-that. Has no respect of the fact that there are other people in "restaurant" theres a person sleeping in the booth next to the soda machine and the tables are filthy. I will no longer come here to eat, Id rather take my business down the street to KFC. I REALLY HOPE MANAGEMENT READS THIS AND TAKES APPROPRIATE ACTIONS.

This happens to be one of the better Popeyes branches, the place is clean, the employees are usually cheerful, and the food is properly cooked. The negative no drive through and if you pay extra to substitute a breast they usually give you the smallest they have. Stay away from the QUEENS VILLAGE POPEYES OR BURGER KING or you will regret it.

I love this place, I have a Popeyes next to my house about 5 mins drive, but I will come to this Popeyes which will take me 15 mins drive for the chicken. Their chicken and the oil theyuse are fresher, and the service are awsome -..-b

Its fine, but they get my orders wrong regularly. They fix them and the food is OK, cheap food. Like any other fast food place except you have to speak slowly for the folks at the counter to get the order right.
