Very bad service. First, I was going to get 2 "Family For 3" orders that I ordered online. After I was talking to the cashier about my phone number, it was as if she ignored me and asked for my name. What a rude person. Then, I got my "order" and got to my car. Then, I noticed that the order was completely wrong. It was all thanks to that cashier that ignored me. Next, I came in the restaurant again and the cashier called me over. I said the order was wrong. When I got my order, I heard no "sorry" from the cashier. By that point I was already very annoyed. Then, I noticed that there was a Caesar salad and 2 gravies missing. So, I walked right to the cashier and complained. She didnt say any sorry or anything polite. Worst Boston Market I ever went to. The only positive thing from this visit was a worker named Ahmad. He said he was very sorry and was truly a gentleman. 1000 times better than that stupid cashier. Just shocked by the service at this place.

I love the food here...always fresh and delicious...I recently has an issue with this location not accepting Boston market coupons...but after speaking with the manager Maricela, all was resolved. She was professional and accommodating, so yay! I will def continue to eat here. Thanks!

love this ! this place is where i go for my guilt chicken run. Yes i had once order the whole family feast for my own and eaten in 3 meals in one day. On thanksgiving there is also the choice of pumpkin pie along with it. So do try if youre a pig like me.

Decent Place... But think its very overrated and kind of over priced. Me + 1 Friend = $100 bill w/ 18% gratuity automatically included in Side note: I loved our waitress, she was dope!

Ok service. Can get really packed and busy at times. Prices for food are not really worth it. Chicken can be salty as well. Wish they had more variety.

The inside of the chicken meat always comes out pink. It Doesnt come out always thoroughly cooked. The sides are very good though.
