Never again. My family had taken food from this place for the past 15 years or so. I dont think we will return. Service is horrendous. It only went downhill since my very first visit. Chicken has gone much smaller in size. Even few years ago they were quite big, even the thighs and legs. Now I understand why people think if they cook pigeons instead. Oh... I miss how big they were in the past. 10 Pieces could fill up the entire bucket that they came with. Now they dont even fill half the bucket. Why the hell are they getting saltier every time? My last order was inedible because it was so salty. The potato wedges were SO mushy and salty. I eat things saltier than the rest of my family and even I could not take it. They get very stingy with the sauce. I wanted one bbq sauce with the order of 20 pieces and potato wedges and the cashier said 25 cents. Last draw. You know what? Over that 25 cents theyve lost a long coming customer.

Hands down, this is a five-star fry-up joint and one of the best of its kind. Kennedy is consistent with the food it churns out of the kitchen. You know what you are going to get - tasty, deep fried or grilled goodness (that perhaps is not so good for your heart, but is fine every now and then). Ive had the tilapia sandwich combo* and - when I ate meat - the Philly chicken cheese steak combo*, and hot wing combo*. All were good and hit the spot. (*Combos come with fries and a canned soda) Also, who doesnt dig that PA system? I know its silly, but I still get a little kick whenever the guy behind the counter gives my order over the PA. Hey, I had a deprived childhood. (Just kidding!) Lastly, heres the most important thing to know if you come here - CASH ONLY!

We spent a month in NY and ate in all kinds of restaurants and believe it or not, this was a pleasant surprise and one of the best spots to go for a quick, good meal. The restaurant was clean, the food was better than most KFCs and the people were fast and extremely courteous, even when the place was very busy. The manager was hands on and helping his people and they all seemed to have a great rapport. Sure, it is not the healthiest way to eat, but don’t we all know that before we walk in the door. If you don’t like fried food, go somewhere else.

This is my third time coming to this location and, every time I come in ask for the "Grilled Chicken " They NEVER have the "Grilled Chicken " ready to order. Its ALWAYS a (25 MINUTE WAIT). All other locations i go they have it ready to order and, serve. All they say is "sorry". If I can rate this a 0 star I would.

I will drive out of my way through several different neighborhoods in Queens to get to a KFC. Their drive-thru could get a bit long at times, but it moves fast. Aside from their solid original and spicy fried chicken, try their honey bbq wings and dont ignore the coleslaw.

This is a chain but not bad for fried chicken. There are other items such as chicken wings, spicy or sticky. Both are good. I like the mashed potatoes with gravy, biscuits, and cole slaw. You could try the chicken snacks. Interesting desserts. Counter service.

I ordered 10 piece of chickens. I asked for a few dipping sauce. Guess what, I didnt get any. I realize this until I got home. Com on what kind of training do they go through. We plan to dine fine. Well not tonight. Thanks KFC. You the best!

I usually get the Double Down (yes I know heart attack) or Famous Bowl. Its pretty good. Service is poor as the cashiers look like they despises their jobs. The Drive Thru is slow so dont bother with it. Walk in!

This is a very expensive dim sum place. Spent over 20 dollars per person. and dim sum is dim sum, sum good, sum no so good. but still dim sum. all pretty much the same. yum yum happy eating, suckers.
