Discrimination of Non-Hispanic People I have been to this fast food establishment quite a few times. I have always felt a hint of "we are not here for your kind" but tonight I got the full treatment of discrimination. I ordered and chose a seat in the dining area. The table was dirty from the prior customer as was the floor. I asked for the table to be cleaned. It was cleaned, wiped and left wet. I cleaned it dry. My food was delivered to the table and I ate. After eating, I drank one cup of water. While drinking my 2nd cup, I decided to move to a bench seat with no table in front of it for more space (6 months pregnant). About 15 minutes later, the manager came over and said "Ms. We are closed." I said "Ok". However, I noticed she was going back behind the register instead of informing other customers of closing. I asked her why she didnt tell others she was closed. She said "because they are eating". I said I am still drinking and just finished eating. She said "your only allowed to be here 20 minutes and your not eating now". I said " I am a customer. I have my receipt. If you make an announcement about closing, it should be for all customers not just me". Then she started telling other employees in Spanish about our discussion and they began starring at me. She also began repeating the 20 minute policy from behind the counter. I told her to call the police. She said she would if I didnt leave. I asked for her name. She said she didnt have to give me her name because she was closed. All of the other customers in the restaurant were clearly Hispanic. I am not. Before leaving, i told her she was rude and disrespectful and i askef her if i was being targeted because i didnt speak Spanish. She said " You think what you want to think." I left, and the other customers were still there sitting at the table talking, not eating.

No quiero saber nada de ese pollo en jamaica son unos pesados aparte le sacan los ojos con los taxes como si uno no supiera cuanto se paga de taxes de 75 me cobraron 13 dólares de taxes y llame y lo que me dijeron espereme déjeme hablar ami primero un hombre creo es el manager ..no es una vergüenza llamarse pollo campero ya que el pollo no sirve deberían aunquesea tener buena amabilidad pero eso no lo conocen

By far this place has some of the best chicken Ive ever had in my life. That may be a heavy thing to say but their chicken, fried or grilled is sublime. The Yuca fries are also good, the plantains are made well and the atmosphere is nice. The reason this isnt a perfect 5 and more of a 4 1/2 stars is that its a bit on the pricey side. I paid $10 for a 3 piece combo and a drink where I couldve paid $2-3 less elsewhere. I may be a bit nitpicky but I feel that the drink should have been included with the combo, I gladly wouldve paid $8 for that but thats the only flaw of the place. I definitely recommend this place to anybody wanting to go someplace different from the typical fast food joint, the food is too good to pass up. Just bring some extra money with ya, this stuff aint cheap.

The food is delicious, but the customer service definitely needs improvement. Moist of the staff give off the impression if your not Spanish, or dont speak it you shouldnt be there! They make you wait, look at you like you should already know what & how they prepare the food. Ultimately the food is good, but be prepared to wait & receive cold & dismissive service

Im strictly reviewing the sit down portion of the restaurant - Small yet cozy with a great atmosphere. The food is very good - I ordered a chicken Francese and my girlfriend ordered some fish thing. However portions are small relative to the large price tag. Ill still come here because I like the environment and the service.

Busy lunchtime. Long lines as cashiers dont know what they are doing. Food good. Staff poor. Doesnt always have grilled chicken. Convenient location. Recently you need to speak Spanish or staff gives a hard time. They said no habla English when I asked for a manager.

The service is the worse, the cashier took my order and after 10 minutes a guy come out of the kitchen to tell me that they dont have anymore. I ask for the manager because the place was really dirty and the employees were playing and dancing while I was waiting.

I went there the other day and gave a $100 bill for 20 pieces to go and when i got home there was only 11. They didnt give a receipt and when i called to complain the stupid manager hung up on me. She was very rude. They basically pocketed my money.

The food is good, but the place is so habitually short staffed so the service is superslow. The person taking orders at the front seems to also go in the back and prepare the food.

This place is ok but compared to Pollo Campero in Guate, its definitely not the same taste. Its the closest thing to campero aqui pero no es el mismo.
