I never log complaints but the way this franchise is going is pathetic, I just got done with an order from the KFC off Exit 15 In Saratoga Springs new york, When did your kids meals become one piece of chicken finger the size of my pinky and one side and you charge $5, I can go to McDonalds and get 4, fries, and a drink for less! Then when I call to complain your "manager" Chad gives me an attitude... then when I ask for the corporate office i get a snide "you have a receipt, look on the back...." I called your complaint department and i promise you I will never eat at one of your franchises again, the portions are pathetic and your prices crazy.... Next time my kids want a little treat, I will be going some place else.... Its taken a lot of will power to not go put "Chads" teeth down his throat, but Ill remain the bigger person and just tell everyone I know about this...

If ever there was a place you say youll never go but you always have a craving for find find yourself ordering that Meal #12, its KFC. The best time to go is when you see that it is packed/busy, as this usually means you wont get food thats been tanning under a heatlamp for 5 hours. When the chicken is fresh its great to satisfy your cholesterol and sodium cravings. When it isnt, well youll still regret it Main complaint is that theres only ever one person working the front of the house while everyone else is delegated to the drive in. Ive had employees ignore me simply because I decided to walk in yo get a pre workout for the amount of grease I was about to add to my body.

Ive never been to a KFC that took reservations before. The valet parking was very nice too. One small quibble- the Extra Crispy was merely "Rather Crispy". You would think that in this day and age, these kinds of things would be ironed out by now. But hey, if we can put a man on the moon... hahaha. The best part was that we got to ride a racehorse back to the car. Anyways, I think its great that youre running for mayor, and I wish you the very best. America!

I ordered a popcorn chicken combo. First, the cashier had a hateful/monotone zombie-like demeanor. She couldnt be bothered to ask if I even wanted sauce, have an eyeroll when I asked for BBQ, then didnt give me any. It also comes with a side, which she didnt ask about and jumped right to my total. There were no straws. She spent most of my time eating slamming the broom against every booth near me. And there was no toilet paper in the bathroom. Wow.

Given I visited at around 2:10 pm after the rush, the staff was very friendly and helpful with no idling. They met and exceed my expectations (especially for fast food restaurant). My 2 pc boneless chicken combo BOGO was honored without question. Food was surprisingly fresh and delicious even after carrying out and getting home 15 minutes later. Plus, with a Taco Bell restaurant neighboring this KFC, this place is definitely worth regular visits!

Not very impressed with the way the food was presented. Ordered popcorn chicken and in the middle was a wing covered in some crazy hot sauce. Not what I ordered and not expect as I was driving. Also, the fries were not hot.
