Ironically youll say "why a one star review if this guy loves the wings?" Which I do. However, my review is based solely on the customer service and attention to detail. Without fail, EVERY time I order, which in all honesty we do frequently, the order is incorrect. Every time I order, I order fries for my son because he doesnt like wings. I ALWAYS request that they are cooked extra crispy. Not once has that happened. Several times the order has been completely incorrect. I ordered for pickup a week or so ago to try and rectify the situation and was told 20 minutes for pickup. I stood in the restaurant for another 20 minutes waiting while a half dozen employees or so sat around in the back staring at cell phones. The time prior to that, I called in an order and was told I needed to slow down with my ordering because the person taking my order " wasnt that fast" I became so frustrated that I emailed the corporate offices with my concerns and they were so interested in satisfying my complaints that they never so much as acknowledged my issues. Again, as crazy as it sounds, we do enjoy the wings , they are large and very satisfying. Great flavor and tons of them to choose from. If they had any interest in customer service AT ALL and a little attention to detail, there would be no stopping this place.

PROS: Awesome selection of flavors that I can never decide between (mix and match available), They never skimp & wings are good in size, $1 delivery and decent hours. CONS: Attention wing eaters, while it is not deadly expensive here, you could lose your wallet in a barbacue/cajun flavor frenzie! It is costly enough that I cant afford to be a "regular" here. OVERALL: This place does it right! They provide a service - and thus charge a price. Fair is fair. If you want a wing experience go see these professionals. ADVICE FOR THE COMPANY: Stick to what you know, keep it simple - dont branch into other products.

The staff is absolutely obnoxious. There was one other person sitting down eating and we waited 5 minutes for the cashier to come over and take our order because she was busy smoking in the back with the door wide open. You could smell the cigarette smoke in the front. Once we ordered and sat down to wait, the cooks in the back started blasting rap and singing along to it. It was very unprofessional. The bathroom was in okay shape. But the whole dining room floor is caked with dirt. I dont think theyve mopped in days.

I am a regular here. Depending on if I am getting lunch, dinner or something to eat while I watch my sports the food here is da bomb. Dont know where I would be in life without some spicy teriyaki boneless wings. My favorite flavor. Usually slow when I come in around lunch time which is good for me. Normally a 10-15 minute wait and it is so worth it. The women that run the counter are always kind and patient. One of the best places to get some wings in the area. Cant wait to come back for more

I love the wings thats why Ill still order from here but I ordered at 7 pm for delivery and the delivery driver was so slow and stupid that he never even delivered the food. I waited for 3 hours until they closed to just give up and make different food. I got my money back but was promised the food still. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a delivery driver. How can you be so bad at such a simple job. If hes not fired this company will lose business fast.

Will not be back. Unprofessional staff- counter help dressed inappropriately. Owners should continue supplying polo or tee shirts and enforcing some type of dress code. One of the young women working the counter never even made eye contact with me. Saw her helping herself to fries out of the basket in the kitchen without wearing gloves.

We ordered 60 BBQ wings along with other items on 5/2/16. They took over 1 hour to deliver our order. Upon opening the wings we found that they were just plain. NO BBQ. I called them back and was told they would bring out some BBQ sauce. Never received the sauce. The wings were terrible. They have definitely lost my business.

Wings are fair at best. The Buffalo sauces only vaguely resemble actual Buffalo wings and they werent very good. Tomato and other misplaced ingredients. Onion rings were basic but good. The restaurant and bathrooms are not very clean. It feels like cleaning is an uncommon afterthought. Probably wont be back.

Since new owners have taken over the Wraps have been scaled to half of what they used to be. The time to make Actual Wings has doubled. Super disappointed the previous owners are gone because so has the Restaurant! Used to be regulars, now looking for new Wing Restaurant (any recommendations?)

Terrible. Food was a half hour late for delivery. When I called and asked where it was, they said the driver was out. I asked for a discount for my inconvenience and was told no. So I was left hungry, paying full price and hung up on when I had asked for compensation.

The food is decent. But the staff is bad. Pack of cigs on the counter, comes from the back...smoking. They acted like I was bothering them by paying for food. Wont go back. Fridge barely stocked with drinks. Dirty eat in. There are too many options to go back.

First time and last time eating here since the new owners took over. Chicken was chewy and coating was different and not crispy. Fries are different. Honey mustard that I have always loved is different. Over all experience not good.....they have lost my business.

Good food for a good value. Multiple sauce flavors to choose from and combo deals are available too. Not the best wings I have ever had, however the sheer quantity that they give you for the price is well worth it. Boneless is even the same price as traditional.

I went over to pick up my take out order and this guy comes out of the restroom with a garbage bag in his hands, puts it outside the door comes around to give me my order withoUT even washing his hands. Im grossed out and never coming back

I really, really like this place. The food is great, and not too pricey. Would definitely give 5 stars, but sometimes the girl who answers the phone has a bad attitude. Makes me regret calling ahead.
