My friend and I went to Bronx BBQ on a Saturday night in celebration. We were sitted promptly and our waitor Demetrius served us. This started a night of absolute disappointment. I asked him about the specialty drink prices, in which he informed me that the regular was $6.99. We also asked about the Fried chicken with ribs entree for $15.99. He told us it was a half friend chicken with ribs. This all sounded great so we ordered this. First, he got the salad dressing wrong on my salad. Secondly, the half chicken ended up being a quarter chicken with ribs. Not a good thing for me because I do not care for dark meat. The manager Nikki, came over and insisted that I open the chicken to ensure its a thigh and not a breast. I just thought this was a plain insult of my intelligence. I told him I cook all the time and its definetly a thigh but pulled open the chicken for his enjoyment. They then gave me the breast/wing after 10 minutes of waiting.The fried chicken was battered fried and needed more seasoning. The macaroni and cheese was the best part of the meal. It was creamy but delicious. They could have kept the ribs because their was hardly any meat on them. The mini corn bread muffins were the highlight of the evening. Now the bill comes!We were charged $11.99 for the speciatly drink which was told to us was $6.99. In addition, the entree which is $15.99 was charged at $17.99. He took off $4 from the bill but would not honor the $6.99 price for the drinks since he said hes new and it was a mistake. The food is mediocore and the service sucks!!

Horrible experience. If I could rate it a negative zero, i would do that, but i couldnt so I gave it one star. It was late night and nothing else was really open and I was in the mood for some BBQ wings. I decided to go to Bronx BBQ since it was right up the street. Well, upon entering, I should have known something was wrong as the whole decor is old and outdated, plus it looked as if people were just hanging out in there. Anyway, I asked for a menu for carry out, I took a seat and looked at what I wanted to order. The manager was present, but the staff looked unorganized, which should have been my second red flag and reason I should have left. I ordered the BBQ chicken wings which took about 30 minutes for them to come out. I took my order to go and departed. The parking lot is small, dirty, and very unorganized. Once I got home, I ate the wings, but they were not really tasty at all. I would rather have eaten dry cereal or just chewed on a dish towel; that is just how bad it was. A few hours later, I got violently ill to the point where I went to the emergency room. I was told that it was not food poisoning but bacteria most likely from the chicken not being cleaned or from the cook not cleaning their hands properly. I was very disappointed in the restaurant overall and I will never, ever go into that ghetto place again. If you have a choice, dont eat here unless you feel like getting violently ill because of the horrible sanitation practices.

Went with a group of friends, 15 of us. Not one person was happy with the food except myself and my girlfriend who shared a plate of Crab, Shrimp, Mashed Potatoes, and Lobster. Although I enjoyed my meal, I am home from work sick. Its been 4 days later, and Ive taken off two days because of my meal here. I know its the meal because my girlfriend got sick the next day too, and it continued into the following day. Shes well now, but Im still recovering. Its sad because I used to come here for years and everything was great. It has definitely taken a downhill turn. Drinks are still good. I felt like the waiter was also rushing us out. Our food came really fast. Thats great, but he brought our birthday guy a slice of cheesecake with a candle while we were all eating dinner. Why didnt he wait for dessert? Our birthday dude ended up ordering another dessert because he doesnt even like cheesecake! Loved their food for years, but they just lost me and my friends as customers.

I called there today 8/20 around 11:30 to order some breakfast. When I called I was left on hold, so I called back to the rude ass server I believe her name Was Stephanie. When I arrived to pick up my order the servers were boncing me around until the waitress that took my order said my name. Stephanie went to the back to get my food, when I checked it, I said to her, only one thing I need , can I get a few more syrups?? She said I gave you three, I said can I get a few more?? She said Ill give you one more in a very nasty bitchy tone. To myself I was like WOW from a customer service stand point you couldnt give me three more syrups???? She had the nerve to ask me did I want my change back?? HELL YEAH!!!!! I want my change back!!! I will never eat there, order from there, or tell my friends to go there anymore. Unprofessional!!

I decided to take my teenage son out on a night out locally to this establishment, thinking it was easy to get to and would give me the biggest bang for my buck. Not only was the food sub par so was the ambiance, immediately I noticed how worn out the tables looked. I looked down to where my son had been sitting opposite me and his side of the booth had a huge black spot on the spongy part of the chair back. I had the waitress call over the manager, Steve who was so lame, he even tried to laugh off the worn out table tops and vintage. Not funny, not manager like, which told me this would not be corrected. I have been in the restaurant business and I know if they dont care about what you the customer sees then they really dont care what you dont see! (YUCK!!!) I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN!!!

My husband and I used to visit Bronx BBQ a lot, but stopped a few years ago. We went back for old times sake, but during this visit, we agreed to never go back. The manager was nice, the waitress was nice, but the food was simply not cooked properly. His steak was shriveled and gristly. My ribs were dried out and gross. When we were ready to leave, I used the bathroom, which has become a hangout for all the employees. Numerous workers were in the bathroom texting and talking to each other, yet none were cleaning the dirty bathroom. And now, Im awake and vomiting up everything I ate and drank. Definitely not going back. Wishing we had gone to literally any other food place for dinner.

Food is good! waiters all suck always running around never check back to you while your eating ...waited 10minutes to get a server another 10min to get a water refil..was not polite ..and waited another 15minu to get a check ..the manager gave us the check ..if they are soo busy on a thursday night then get extra waiters or just ask us to go away i would prefer that then to waste 40minutes of my life listening to their bad voices singing happy birthday to other people.ps also i notice only the FAT people on here are giving good reVIEWS. LMAO
