hosted a wedding rehearsal dinner for 55 people in sept, 2013. I was offered to purchase a premium liquor for $8.00 additional per guest ($440.00), I chose not to take it, kept the free beer and wine. The night of the affair, I decided to keep an open bar, I didnt want anyone to feel awkward getting a cocktail. Whats the worst it can be, $440.00 same as the $8.00 x 55? I got a bill for $1750.00. As a business owner, maybe this sounds correct because I refused the 1st option of $8.00/person, as a customer, can someone tell me whats the difference between premium liquor/ person & bar tab/person, a $1310.00 difference? This is after I gave them $3600.00 for the 8 trays of food, cake and coffee. Instead of arguing the bill that night (remember wedding rehearsal dinner), I emailed the host and owner. Their answer was, "you chose not to take the premium package, therefore it is what it is", NICE. Well, I feel like I got ripped-off, and everyone says Im a fool for paying that, thanks for THAT experience. we traveled from NYC to get that Saratoga experience, Saratoga Country Club was gorgeous the next day, we were treated like royalty.

Tammy and I arrived at Seven Horse around 2:30 for the Pats Broncos game. We were ready to order lunch for the Game at 3....We wanted to see the Game Day Specials menu...but the blonde female bartender told us there wasnt going to be any today...We were miffed, because the sign out front said there was..So we ordered lunch for 2 at full price...A short time later...2 guys sitting at the bar right next to us as for the special menu...and are promptly handed one by the male bartender...and to our dismay..got their lunch for 5$ (Chicken Qesadilla)....My business partner Susan said the same thing happened to her and Dave last weekend. I will be taking my Sports outings business elsewhere in the future...sounds like the female bartender got me for a bigger tip...bad business Seven Horse

Stopped in for drinks last nite with a group. Waited 5-10 minutes for barmaid to serve me at the bar. During this time (while she was 4 feet from me) she was chatting and drinking shots with three patrons sitting next to me. Barmaid failed to acknowledge my presence, never made eye contact with me, and continued to be the rudest customer facing individual I have ever met. Mentioned this to hostess at the door, who seemed disinterested. Maybe the barmaid is the owner. If not, the owner better start watching. No drinks, we left, went to Baileys, where service was friendly, warm and professional. Dont GO HERE!!!!!

stopped by to watch college basketball, have a couple of drinks, and an appetizer. Sat at the bar, got our drinks and menus - all good. Well that was the last we saw of the bartender for 40 minutes. She was around just not attentive... kept looking at her cell phone.....The lady I assumed to be the manager brought soup out to other patrons at the bar - when she walked past I said excuse my .... she ignored me when passing twice.... Like the place enough to give it one more try but improvement is necessary to keep my business

We hosted our son & new daughter in laws rehearsal dinner on October 3, 2015 upstairs in the Phila Room. From start to finish it was an amazing event! Lia was patient & so helpful with the planning of the menu, arrangements etc. That night Amy and her staff (Cat & Yvette)catered to our every need with the utmost professionalism and care! The Seven Horse Pub was the perfect place for a post track dinner for a party of six -- good seating, very good pub food, lively crowd, great atmosphere, and very good service ! Definitely a good place to check out !

Came in after the Races on Saturday. The staff was busy and yet very friendly. No complaints on the food, I had the Chicken Burrito and my boyfriend had the steak sandwich, both amazing

With the exception of the bar mgr, the bartenders and servers are polite and professional. She is NOT however! Very rude, only pays attention to "regulars", and short pours.
